This cabin retains some of the original 1940’scharm while offering modern amenities. Kitchen has granite countertops, upgraded appliances including gas stove, and convection microwave. Gas grill and charcoal grill are available for you to use. Main bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower and double sinks. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and incorporate a queen bed. In addition there is a full bath for your convenience. Laundry is available for you to use.

You can enjoy all four seasons here comfortably. Summer is beautiful property is teeming with wildlife and nestled among the pine trees with lots of mountain wildflowers. The fall color is amazing you will enjoy the crisp morning air. If you love winter then this is the place for you, tons of snow and you can snowmobile from the property, the trails is about a block away. Spring brings the flowers and the beautiful wildlife and flowers for summer.

Located 2 miles from the Historic Village of Grand Lake and .2 miles from the Grand Lake Entrance to RMNP. The Village of Grand Lake offers all the dining selections you could want, everything from fine dining to pizza & burgers. There is everything from hiking, fishing, putt-putt, horseback riding, mountain biking, ATV’s, snowmobile, cross-country skiing, golfing, water-skiing, sailing, most likely anything that makes you happy on a mountain vacation. or, how about just meandering the shops along the boardwalk and stopping for ice-cream & homemade candy!
