Stayed Jul 29, 2025First and foremost the property listed in VRBO with 3 bed rooms (bed room 1 and 2 with i king bed and Bedroom 3 with 3 King bed. Bed room 3 with 3 king bed was totally wrong. They only had one King bed and one twin bed, have attached the screen shot of it. we all have to cramp in single bed instead of 3. Called Jeniffer and she argued it was never the case. Right after our conversation she went and fixed it on the website (falsifying information to attract more guest accommodation) One bathroom was totally unusable, fully leaking and we tried to call Jeniffer the next morning as we came to the property very late on Tuesday night. We made 2 calls and left Voicemail and she never REPLIED BACK.Trash was not removed from the previous stay or someone living in that property, as soon as we entire to living room welcomed with dead animal smell from garbage can. 1 full bath and 1 half bath for 8 people to share, inconvenience as well as we are very late for every morning to get out as well night we have to go bed late since every one wanted share one bathroom for shower. We deserve to get 50% refund VRBO has to work with this property owner and remove this property list for falsifying information and accusing the gust for NO reason. Dog hairs are allover the place bed room living room sofa porch mat. Our kids got allergy on the next morning. All our cloths stuck with dog hair and all our socks as well. Without sock walking inside the property is not advisable.WORST .

Stayed Jun 9, 2025The house had everything we needed to be cozy! Beautiful lake views and wildlife everywhere! Our favorite part is how close it was to Rocky Mountain National Park. We knew where to see the female moose each evening and we crossed the Continental divide and found the male moose. Also stopped in at the Stanley motel in Estes Park. Beautiful location!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This was a last minute trip to Grand Lake for us and the cabin was a real find! Very well equipped and enough space for a rainy day. Great kitchen. The property is large and has some lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view. Upstairs bedrooms are very nice! Two things to note: we couldn't get the TV in the living room to work but they worked in the bedrooms. And if you travel with a large group (we didn't), know that one bedroom with three beds is at a garden level down a flight of stairs, maybe not ideal for small kids but the perfect space for teenagers, or a group of friends sharing the cabin. Great assortment of games. We loved the cabin and hope to be back! This seems to be the perfect cabin for a winter or holiday vacation!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024From PA and spent 4 nights and we were busy with golfing, hiking, boating, and touring the Rocky Mountain National Park. Mountain and lake views from Cabin and location were perfect.
