Stayed Jun 4, 2023This house was perfect for us as my Dad needs one level living because he uses a walker to get around. There are a few stairs to get into the home, but once in, there is a lot of space for him to move around and different places for him to sit and relax throughout the days on the main level where there are two bedrooms, two living rooms, dinning room, outside deck, and kitchen. While we were out adventuring during the days, my Dad had a very comfortable space. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, we hand washed our dishes to avoid the sound it makes which worked out okay. The washer and dryer worked great for our group. The kids had fun downstairs with the foosball game and TV and other games. My Dad and I enjoyed the den area off of the kitchen. We used the kitchen a lot, and we also had two big dinners where we grilled out and everything was perfect, but the home does need updated grilling tools, so if you bring your own, there are no issues. We all enjoyed the porches where we would see deer in the yard, as well as many birds, chipmunks, and squirrels as well as the amazing views of the mountains in the distance. It was a great vacation for our families to be in one house, my sister, her two kids, my Dad, husband, and I and our three kids.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023We really enjoyed our time there - with the 3 'family rooms' everyone could be doing things in groups or taking a moment by themselves. Great time! The large dining room made mealtime wonderful.
