Beary Cozy Cabin

Room felt neglected. The comforter on the bed smelled. There were spiders in the bathroom sink and a huge dead cockroach in the tub. The hot tub was broken up on the outside. The heat went off the first night, we woke up freezing. The sheets on the bed were upside down.

Loved the location and the hott tub and game room were great.Quiet and peaceful weekend

The cabin was great

The cabin was pretty dirty. The dishes were put away dirty so we had to wash them all in order to use them. The listing said cookware was provided but only a single small frying pan was provided. Half the knives from the knife block were missing. The hot tub would not go above 102 degrees and the button was broken so we couldn’t raise it. The wifi did not work at all. There was a cockroach that crawled on the bed while we were laying in it. The parking was also very poor, it was very steep and not meant for low vehicles. The neighboring cabins had a flat spot to park but our cabin did not have anywhere good to park and our car scrapped along the pavement.

when we pull up to the cabin the guy was cleaning the hot tub and put new water cabin was clean smelled nice pool table was fun and all ball was there the negative about the cabin was the couch was very worn and bed was not comfortable over all we had fun

This was our 4th stay in this community and by far our worst. All other stays were perfect this one not so much. Only couch in the cabin was worn out. No wash clothes and there was mold on the lamp shade in bedroom. Not very happy with this stay for the money! All previous stays in the community were great.

A wonderful stay! We loved the house, it was exactly what we were looking for!

It was a great value for the money I spent! The cabin is very nice, there is a public swimming pool and a private hot tub, the location is very convenient to downtown as well as Pigeon Forge, and you can save money by cooking your meals there. There are several cabins very close to this location, and although there are trees to offer some privacy, you can still hear them if they are on their porch. All in all this is a fabulous cabin and an excellent value!

The property was very well-located in relation to Gatlinburg and it's surrounding areas. It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The cabin includes a (hidden!) hot tub and billiards table. This is a great spot for couples, but maybe not trios or families (only one bed!)

Nothing worked in the cabin including the fireplace, spa and other devices. While we stayed there. there was glass all over the driveway. My son got a piece of glass in his foot. The hot tub pipes were leaking. The cabin was nice but cleaners and maintenance need to do a better job bc of the glass and the hot tub. Whoever that falls on. And I dont know if my car was broken into or not but i had a door handle .broke and a door open while we were there. The cabin was beautiful tho. If u need pictures just ask and ill have my wife send them all to me bc she took tem when we first got there

Nice cabin,closer to gatlinburg than I thought it would be.

The place was so beautiful and had everything we needed! We ran into a couple of issues, but the main issue was the door didn't want to lock. I reached out to the host and they never responded or came to look at it. The other issue was that there wasn't any Wifi. They said it was an open network but it never popped up on our wifi list. Not a huge issue since we still had service but just for future reference for those that may not have the best service plan.

Let's start with the lock on front door - had trouble locking and unlocking it. Lights out over the table, 1 light out over kitchen sink, no light under microwave, no guide to the TV, fireplace not working, (said someone would come light it & fix the other stuff & no one came.) Hot tub only went to 90. Very disappointed in the whole stay there. Left a day early. Will not be coming back.

Front railing going up the steps is about to fall off. Hot tub would not get hot even with the temperature set at 100 degrees. I tenet kept going in and out and there was no bad weather. Couldn’t get fireplace to work. Mold on shower curtain. Broken floor tile in the bathroom that I cut my foot on. Blinds in bedroom and upstairs were broken. Bathroom doorknob upstairs was barely on the door.

Privacy excellent, great location, cozy and perfect for a couple, but will accommodate more in needed. Price is great for the cabin size and amenities.

The hot tub was barely warm, the jets barely worked. The cabin smelled very musty. There was a fake eyelash stuck to the wall of the shower. I wouldn’t book this cabin if you want it for the hot tub like we did.

It was a nice cabin. Needed some up dating. Blinds in bedroom some were broken. Had to buy our pillows, one in the drawer were stained and nasty. Need to have a dehumidifier, bed felt damp. All it was a beautiful place. Excwpt the bear trying to get in pur car. But thats what we hoped to see.

Loved how close ti Gatlinburg it was, cozy and comfortable for just my husband and I, very relaxing!

The property is outdated and needs repairs. Our fridge didn’t work well and spoiled some of the perishables we had. The Kureg single coffee maker didn’t work. Blinds in the bedroom were damaged, it would have been nice to have blackout curtains instead. Pool sticks were also damaged. The porch had a lot of spider webs and a broken chair. Location of the hot tub was not secluded, our neighbors could see us at night, perhaps another screen on the porch is needed, the motion security light would also turn on and shine in our faces whenever there was movement in the tub. The dryer also did not have heat, which we found out after washing clothes. I have emailed the property regarding all of these issues and no reply. Hopefully they will do a thorough inspection soon so future guests will have a relaxing time and no worries.

The fridge didnt work. The Keurig had a co.bination to get it to work. The hot tub was on the front porch in plain site of other cabins. I couldnt even get in it. There was no stool. The spiders in the corners of the bathroom. The esthetics in the bathroom was lacking. The directions were off.

Only problem we had was the refrigerator didn’t work but management communicated quickly and efficiently. Would consider staying again

Very nice cabin cozy comfortable

The cabin was great. The only concern I had was communication. I didn't download the app, I think that may have caused some lack of communication. I haven't received any final bill.

Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with a pull out couch in livingroom and close to Gatlinburg, Grocery Store, and Gas Station for refueling. 10/10 would stay again.

We were very pleased. Cabin was clean and very cozy! We loved the hot tub and the neighborhood was very quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. return and recommend

Very clean and definitely cozy

Over all pretty good. Had to get a few things to play pool. Left for next visitors.

The cabin is very nice. There were some glitches with our stay. 1)After speaking w/ the host about the refrigerator not working properly, We told that it probably froze up and we needed to unplug it, open the doors & let it thaw out. We had already purchased food. So we cautiously placed it outside to keep it cold while the refrigerator thawed out. This was mentioned in other reviews. It's probably time for a new refrigerator. 2)The cue sticks to the pool table are in need of felt tips. 3)Our final evening at the cabin, the living room TV internet connection kept going out. 4)The clock radio beside the bed is in need of updating. 5)There are a few window blinds that need replaced. Slats are broken. 6)When using the dryer it does not stop when the door opens & has a very loud squeak when it is running. 7)The light over the stove is blown out. 8) There are basic cosmetic painting that is needed as there's multiple chips in paint where there is drywall.These are basic concerns that can be taken care of very easily. The host was very nice but checked in with me two days later after calling them about the refrigerator. Positives: We managed with the challenges we never expected, especially after paying to stay there. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the neighborhood is quiet. We slept well, overal, we enjoyed our first visit to Gatlinburg.

My husband and I were very disappointed. The cabin was dirty. The refrigerator didn't work. Thank goodness we had a cooler to keep our cold food in. When we got ready for bed the sheets were all messed up and it was because the mattress cover was all messed up under the sheets. So I can't yell you if anyone even made the bed up or just threw the comfort over top. We slept on top of the comfort. The torn blinds hanging on the windows is a real turnoff for us. It just very disappointing. We didn't even get in the hot tub. I'm afraid I will not be coming back. I would really like a refund of something. Cleaning deposit?????

Very disappointed. Refrigerator didn’t work. TV had to be continuously rebooted. Hot tub wasn’t accessible to me due to the fact that I’m 5’ and there were no steps to get into it. The hot tub also looked like it was falling apart (I have pictures). There were roaches inside the cabin (I have pictures), along with pine beetles. Overall we were not impressed, but tried to make the best of a very bad situation since managers no help. We will not be recommending this group of cabins to anyone

Cozy and warm

Hot tub leaked, had to use a chair to get in and out of hot tub due to no steps. The bedroom smelled musty. Very small shower. The fridge did not work whatsoever. Had all our food go bad. Internet was spotty and slow. Couple of the stairs outside were loose. Would not recommend or stay in this cabin again

We enjoyed our stay my husband fixed the commode. The commode lead was broke. There was no lights in the both lamps. We put new bulbs in the lamps. The light over the sink needs replaced. We didn’t fix that.

We enjoyed getting to unwind and relax. The weather wasn’t the best while we were there, but we were able to make the most of it! When we arrived we had an couple issues with cleanliness. We were able to get in contact with the host fairly quickly, and the issues were handled appropriately. We truly appreciate her willingness to work with us!

A fantastic deal. Beautiful views. Private hot tub on the porch was a nice touch. Close to Gatlinburg plenty of room for a family of three to stretch out. There was a small problem with the hot tub, but the property manager was incredibly good at communicating, and had the issue fixed immediately. Close to the wildlife. Money

When I first got to the property that night I couldn't get in didn't have a code the manager was prompt response however as atheweek went on I chose to stay there cause they had a pool
