Bears Den Tiny Home located in Cove Mountain RV Resort with big views!

The mattress on the bed will have to be replaced. It is just not doable. Could not get a good nights. Sleep needs to be a memory foam mattress or something better than what it was. It is inadequate. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Great cabin. Decent location. But dumpster for trash is locked and for RV campers only. They expect you to haul your trash 20 minutes away.

I called the property a day earlier than expected and they happily accommodated us. They called housekeeping and made sure everything was ready for us. And for the price i paid,it was very much worth it. I would recommend this property and I hope to visit this property again.

We enjoyed the cabin. It had everything we needed during our stay. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to Dollywood. Our favorite part was the view. We will definitely be back.

It was further out from Pigeon Forge than we wanted. 15 miles here, is a 35-50 minute drive. There’s zero privacy, none of the accordion doors work, cob webs and dirty fans, only one person can watch tv at a time, the sofa is the only comfortable seating, and the tv is over the sofa. We alternated sleeping on the sofa cause the beds were miserable! For these prices, buying even a 200 Linen Spa once a year would be fantastic. My elbows got hung in the springs while trying to roll over in the full, my husband kept getting his arms hung up in the fan cord thats mounted to the wall, so we flipped around and slept backwards, except every time someone went potty the tp roller sounded like someone ran into the cabin and your in for a shocking and rude awakening. Theres no pool, or playground on property, they acted like its no big deal to drive two miles down the road to swim, like anyone wants to vaca in a wet car seat… this establishment comes off very corporate, its not even a little thought out. We had to go buy chairs to sit outside, only two are provided, the coffee table/chair situation was horrifically uncomfortable! A perfect example is one towel rod, one, one sad, falling off the wall towel rod, 4 adults, 8 towels, 1/2 a towel rod. I hang mine in the closet on hangers. Theres plenty of space for extras that would make it a functional place to stay, but again seems very corporate. Like no one that owns it has ever stayed in it. It has potential.

My husband is not super tall, but he barely fit in the bed. The bed was not that comfy to cram 2 people into. The cookware was not very clean due to the people before us didn’t wash them well-no dishwasher. The rest of the cabin was very clean! Not really any storage space, it really is a tiny place (280 sq ft). The front door doesn’t seal great, so a little drafty. Coffee pot only holds 5 cups, not enough for 2 people if you are avid coffee drinkers. One big thing is no towel racks in bathroom, only a small wood “hook” that not even a hand towel would stay on, slips right off. No counter space at all in bathroom, no place to put anything while you shower.This is an RV resort. There was someone in an RV directly behind us and we couldn’t open any windows because of the smell from their septic. It depends on your needs: If you only need a place to shower & sleep, this is perfect. If you plan on spending any time in the cabin, it’s not really conducive to much. Check in and out was super easy. The company answered all my questions in a timely manner before we arrived. It has a beautiful Mountain View!! Would I recommend this? It all just depends on what you’re looking for.

Porch light and ceiling fan needs work it was so dim after dark couldn’t see steps and fan didn’t work

You really don’t have to bring a thing. Very quiet and peaceful area and close to Smokey Mountains National Park and Pigeon Forge. And if you need something Dollar General is right next door. We have found our new spot that we will be staying at during our yearly family visits. We have even recommended this place to our Friends and Family.
