We had 3 couples and 3 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone! The cabin was stocked well and we loved the upper and lower decks with rocking chairs. The pool table was a ton of fun in the evening. My husband really enjoyed the retro arcade game. Onto the bad - Hot tub worked one time. Big bummer. We really hoped to use this more. Parking was tricky.

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the cabin. It was well stocked. Easy to communicate to owners. Quiet location and just far enough away from the tourist areas.

The house was absolutely wonderful for our family. The layout was perfect and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us, my husband and I and our kids - 2 teenage boys, and 1 tween girl. Our 2 dogs were at peace with the house as well. Our favorite spot was the walk-out basement. We had so much fun watching the Winter Olympics while playing pool, Pacman, and the other arcade games. We even loved the outside TV by the hot tub. It was a great way to relax. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Even the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils were clean and not corroded. So many great things to say about our stay. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to staying here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was just ok. The door code did not come by text as stated. It came by email. Which was ok but when we arrived we did not have internet service. We had to drive back down the mountain to check for email. If we had been provided the Wi-Fi password before hand that would have been better. The view from the cabin was nothing like the pictures indicated they would be. The trees surrounding the cabins must had grown substantially since they were taken. Aside all that we had a very good stay. The proximity to GSMNP and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was great. TYKenneth Umhoefer

The house was beautiful mountain house & had everything. Me & my family had the best time. My only problem was the bottom area (basement) had an odor of wet dogs. I know it is a pet friendly house but they may need to invest in some air wick plug in. The kitchen could have been sweep better (found food from previous stays), the broom was even left out but no dustpan.

The cabin was nice, but we found a half eaten hamburger under the bed on the main floor. The bathroom walls next to toilet and light switches were dirty. There is no room to turn your van around so you have to back blindly back down the drive to the road and proceed uphill to find a cabin where you can pull in and turn around to go down the mountain. The carpets and rugs should be eliminated for better cleanliness. The hot tub was not level and water drained over the side. We still had a nice time but I don't know how it got such high ratings on cleanliness.

Cabin was VERY inviting & clean. We didn't need for anything cause everything was pretty much supplied. Close to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Our most excitement was actually seeing a Black bear ? coming from the road down the hill to our cabin checking out my truck actually standing up paws on truck windows looking inside he or she was just checking my truck out cause it's Black as well. Went to Cades Cove which we love hoping to see Black bears but we could've stayed cabin ☺️ Great time & would stay there again???
