Stayed Jan 9, 2026We were most impressed with the kitchen amenities. There were plenty of cookware, utensils and drinkware. Anything we needed was available. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had lots of extra bedding available which was very much appreciated since we came in January. The house is very spacious with great insulation so the noise level was not an issue for those sleeping while others were still awake. The host is super responsive and helpful! This has been the BEST rental experience we have had!

Stayed Nov 21, 2025We had a group of 14 guys for a men's retreat in November, staying for two nights. The house was exactly as described, providing plenty of beds and ample space for us. The game room was fantastic. Communication with Melina began well before the trip and remained clear and helpful throughout. The check-out instructions were easy to follow, and she was responsive to any concerns during our stay. One suggestion would be to have a larger trash can for recycling, as we had to separate our trash. However, other than that, both the house and Melina were fantastic, and we had a great stay. She even went above and beyond by shipping back some cooking pans I forgot at the house. The trip couldn't have gone better, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering spending time in Frazier Park.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Property was perfect for our stay. We went with extended family that included all age ranges. The game room was perfect to entertain everyone. House was fully stocked, lots of space, feels larger in person than in pictures. We got some snow on cabin so kids were ableTo play right out back which was awesome. Awesome cabin.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this cabin for a night and it was a great option. There were so many rooms and the game room downstairs was a great addition. The booking process was easy and i’d happily stay here again as a getaway up to the mountains.
