Stayed Feb 17, 2023The chalet is nestled at the top of the mountain away from the craziness and crowds. It’s a lovely escape after a day of crowds. It’s cozy and well cared for; you can’t ask for much more!

Had a bear come right up to the porch. We love Mt. Laurel. Friendly staff.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We- 2 adults and 2 kids- had a great time at Bear Mountain. The cabin was clean, the description and pictures were accurate, and check in and check out were a breeze. We also enjoyed using the clubhouse pools! We had a bear interrupt our dinner on the deck which is something we will remember for a long time! All in all a great vacation!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Driveway was terrible , the steps to the cabin covered in snow. The hot tub never got hot and the light don’t work. The cabin is older and the pool table wasn’t sturdy, the cabin also is very close to other cabins.

If you want a view then this is not perfect for you. This would be a perfect one if you just want to chill & relax and enjoy beautiful Gatlinburg town.High chances of bear sighting
