We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am.

- There are two Community Pools open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 9AM - 9 PM.

Wristbands are required for entrance and they are located inside the cabin. If you do not find the wristbands, please let us know right away. There will be a $100 fee if they are lost or stolen.

The community pool and pavilion are the only shared amenities available. The pool is located at: 2260 Alpine Village Way

Pool #1 Directions: When you enter the resort’s neighborhood, turn right going towards the Wedding Chapel, and the pool will be next door.

Pool #2 Directions: The address is Campfire Way, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Drive to the end of the road and it is located at the end of the cul-de-sac.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- No food or drink in the hot tub.

- Please only park in the space provided for your cabin, and please do not block the street for the neighboring cabin.

- No trucks, trail bikes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, motor coaches, campers, trailers, boats or boat trailers, or similar vehicles other than passenger automobiles or pickup or utility trucks with a capacity of three quarter ton or less or any other motorized vehicles shall be parked, stored, or in any manner be kept or placed on any portion of the property. All violators will be towed.

- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.

Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC’s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

    The cabin could be nice and close the town. The cabin wasn’t clean 1/10. We had three young kids and their hands and feet were black from the floors. The carpet and chairs had a ton of stains and dirty. The air unit wasn’t blowing cold. They had put window units in but didn’t keep it comfortable. They had extension cords to run the units along the floor which was a concern with kids. The worst part of the stay was had to leave a night early We came in from being out all day. The smoke/carbon monoxide detectors were beeping very loudly. Wouldn’t turn off. I called the office number and was informed someone would be out the next day during business hours. That is extremely concerning if it would be a carbon monoxide issue. I couldn’t keep my family in somewhere I didn’t feel safe with gas in the house. Left a voicemail we left early. 24 hours later and yet to hear back…. Been coming every summer since 2009 and this is my worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying in alpine village if it was free.

    The cabin was awesome, with an actual bearskin hanging from the rafters. It was beautiful and cozy, with lots of cool decor. The beds were comfortable. One cool feature was being able to have a fire going in the fireplace with the turn of a dial. The porches were nice to get outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hot tub was a great place to kick back at the end of the day. The bathrooms were spacious and nice. The kitchen was well equipped and functional

    The cabin was excellent. Just as described. A very short drive down the hill into town. The host was very available and nice. We didn't sit out on the porches but would have if it was warmer. The only thing I wish I had known was there was no iron. I would have brought one. But all else was perfect.

    Cabin was perfect for my fiancé and I. Lots of space and was cozy like a home. We loved how close it was to the strip so we could come and go as we wanted. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.

    Worst VRBO experience and horrible hosts. Our attorney has accepted the case to get money back because there's enough evidence of false advertisement of property and non-compliance with VRBO camera disclosure policy. Just SOME of the reasons why this place sucks: -undisclosed exterior cameras (shows on website but not if you use mobile app exclusively) -NASTY house, sent tons of pics and while they refunded the cleanig fee, that doesn't fix the nasty -large broken decor just laying on the ground -busted up blinds -tons of trash off back deck -owners reply but dont rectify -outdoor furniture is gross and falling apart -beds are AWFUL and lumpy -fridge doesn't get cold enough for drinks let alone food (we lost $200 worth of food) -washer has a gross smell

    Thanks Lauren. Love this place. We rate it 10:10. This house was perfect for us. King bed---first floor. Great shower. Modern refrig and stove. Easy and quick access to Dollywood where grandson works. Suggest instructions for hot tub. Also....go to Cookie Dough Monster ----Travel Advisor : Best hidden gem in US! And Local GOAT fish and chips! Superb.! Lock doors at night or when gone----a bear was spotted roaming the neighborhood and this driveway!
