Stayed Oct 20, 2024We had the best time staying here! The cabin had everything that we needed, and it is close by to a lot of restaurants, and other places to go. My grandma stayed with us and she uses a walker and wheelchair. She was able to get around with ease. We will definitely stay here again next time we vacation in Tennessee!

Stayed Nov 17, 2022First of all, the customer service is FANTASTIC. Upon arrival at the cabin we could not get the TV to come on in the living room. We called the customer service number and someone called us back within a couple of minutes. They offered to come out right then to fix our issue. We opted to go to the grocery first and then have someone come out. When we arrived back at the cabin, we called the customer service again and they sent someone out to fix (somewhere around 8:00 at night). The service guy was very courteous and polite and very easy to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic! The cabin was okay. I wouldn't not go if this was my only choice but it wouldn't be my first choice. The TVs in the bedrooms aren't as big as most people's computer monitor. The kitchen is stocked on an okay spectrum. There is nothing elaborate but also nothing just horrible either.

Stayed Dec 18, 2021The property was so nice and in a lovely area, but can really mess with you if you get motion sick. Everything else was so wonderful!
