Stayed Dec 26, 2025House was clean, plenty of towels. Host was very responsive anytime I messaged them.Couldn’t get the tv to work in bedroom with loft. Hot tub was great. Lights didn’t work and a couple of the corner seats missing the head rest pads. I would like to have some kind of cleaner to use to keep it tidy and clean after using counters or kitchen table.

Stayed Dec 11, 2025Good cabin, great location. Saw cockroach nymphs throughout our first day, host had to call exterminators our second. Then tried to tell me that the cockroaches were to be blamed on guests (from his text to me: “These types of cockroaches do not come from the environment, they hitchhike with people, in groceries, or in luggage... unfortunately some people who come through are not as thorough at home or where they come from.) Do with that what you will.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Bear Hug! The beds were comfy with an assortment of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. The cabin is close to Beaver Bend with easy access to restaurants, shopping and activities. There are several other cabins close by that would make it perfect for a family reunion or friend get together
