Overall was okay, the problem was cleaness.

The house was really clean. Everything looks really nice and everything is really comfortable. Definitely coming back.

The home was perfectly sized for our 4-night snow trip and was only a 10min drive to Heavenly’s CA Lodge. The living room was spacious and the large TV made movie night even better. Plenty of space for more people but we just wanted some luxury before heading back to work! There is also access to the deck/outside in every room!

Great experience with outstanding communication from vacation property manager. Only major side effect was the air of the heater was extremely drying. Still experiencing side effects from the heater. This isn’t to blame the property at all. May need a cleaning of the vents. The communication was great as we checked to see if they had humidifiers which they did and they sent those over immediately. Clean house. Great neighborhood. Would stay again

We really enjoyed the cabin, comfortable, great location, can be a bit noisy due to major street vacinity, but with good insulation, we did not have an issue. House was very clean, nice bedding and comfy mattresses. Kitchen was well stocked, and organized and had all the essentials and more.TV did not have extra speaker, therefore the volume at max on TV internal speaker was very low and hard to hear.The backyard was great, fenced, which is plus. We enjoyed dinner outside and use of BBQ. We Wished there was a small fire pit to enjoy in the evenings.We had our service dog with us, and she enjoyed her stay immensely; provided bags, bowls and other pet accessories was a plus. The house supports EV cars, so its wonderful to have one to charge a car. Property is located in a nice, friendly and clean neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future. My family and I had a great stay at the Bear Cub cabin! The rooms were well appointed, bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was an awesome feature that everyone loved. There was a full compliment of cooking utensils and dinnerware that was much appreciated.

We were in town visiting family in the neighborhood and were so happy to have a clean and updated space to act as a space of reprieve from the chaos of family fun. The amentities were all updated and clean and felt ready to make ourselves at home comfortably. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Lake Tahoe area.

It was a great opportunity to be with our family. I was able to cook for them in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen. Thank you for checking in with us routinely to be certain we had what we needed.

Everything was ready when we arrived at 4:00! We had asked for an hour earlier checkin since we had been traveling since 5:00 am, but that is never allowed! The property looked like the photos except the yard! The back yard needs TLC as it was not an inviting space to relax in outside! The rest of the property was very, clean, recently redecorated and owners left a start up of coffee and great snacks! Also if it had been hot I’m not sure how cool the house would have been, but we were blessed with crisp, cool weather. The neighborhood was perfect for walking. We enjoyed our stay!
