Beacon Lodge, accessible, family and dog friendly.

A very nice lodge with everything you need for self catering. Is was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent location for visiting different places around Cornwall. Being close to the A30 you do get some road noise but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Would definitely return.

Great location for the surrounding beaches and countryside. Well stocked kitchen and a full sized freezer. Although, it is close to many supermarkets and shops too. Beds very comfy. Welcome pack of Milk, tea bags, bread and butter, nice touch. Liz was on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything you could want in a holiday home with thoughtful extra touches. Comfy beds and lovely decor. Great location to explore Cornwall.

This property is very central to lots of beautiful beaches and villages in Cornwall. The lodge has everything we needed. Only downside is the garden is not secure for the dogs and it’s near a busy road . The hot water boiler keeps going out and water is not very warm to wash up .

My wife, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and I stayed here to attend a wedding at Knightor Winery. The lodge is very situated, with a very easy drive to Crantock, Newquay and St Austell. The lodge is very well looked after, very spacious, clean and tidy. The owner has thought of everything; with the well-equipped kitchen, the box of buckets and spades on the decking and enough fans for us to stay cool in the heat. There was a welcome pack of bread, milk, jams, coffee, tea and sugar which was a nice touch and unexpected. The owner communicated very quickly in the build up to our stay and answered all questions we had. I would have no hesitation in recommending the lodge to anyone who is visiting the area. We had a great stay in the lodge, the location was ideal to show my friend all of my favourite places on the north coast.

Came to participate in Cornwall international male voice choir competition at Truro Cathedral with additional performances in Falmouth and Penzance so good location close to A30

Lodge was clean, tidy and well equipped. Hosts helpful and hospitable, but not in your face dispite being on site. Accessible up to a point, not best suited for individuals with no lower body movement as space for transfers very limited. Whilst it is dog friendly, having even a small enclosed area would be a useful addition as the garden is huge and open. Very closed to A30 so good for exploring Cornwall, unfortunately very audible too. Good value and we had a lovely stay thank you!☺️

Really enjoyed our stay at Beacon Lodge. It is extremely well appointed, with everything you could need for your stay. Especially nice to be greeted with a welcome pack of bread, milk etc, including dog biscuits for our puppy. Very nice touch, thank you. Will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area
