Stayed Dec 27, 2025The home is very cozy and well maintained. Really like the great room and fireplace, stocked kitchen, and hot tub out back. Even used the new outdoor firepit which was great!

Stayed Aug 27, 2025We loved our stay at Baldy Bear Cabin! It was cozy and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room comfortable for the whole family. We enjoyed the visits from mule deer and foxes and even a bear! The cabin is convenient to town and a couple of nice hikes.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Rustic mountain cabin on a mountain above Breckenridge. Views of the ski slopes and mountains are great as you drive back and forth from downtown. The cabin is surrounded by trees but does have other cabins close by. Close to several hiking trails which was great as we took our dogs on hikes each day. Would recommend if you want the cabin in the mountains vibe.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We came for hiking and the house is a 100 yards from amazing hiking! It borders the national forest. It’s close to Breck but far enough to feel secluded. The layout of the home is ideal. The kitchen was well stocked. Will be back for sure!

Stayed Sep 16, 2024Very cute cabin. We were impressed more knowing from photo album that the cabin was built by owners!! We did not see bears, but they left their poop on the porch :) Boreas pass is the must to drive in fall season! There is an old dog( very friendly!) coming for food and friendship. Please cherish him!! Just make sure you bring everything with you for cooking! There are salt, some spices and oil. That’s it. Not welcoming, but groceries stores are just minutes away. Great location! And COZY cabin to enjoy!
