Cabin is BEAUTIFUL! Don’t rely on GPS or the emergency after hours line to help you. Cell communication is practically impossible and GPS is hugely inaccurate. We got lost en route, called And was deferred to emergency maintenance line. They didn’t answer and voicemail was full. We drove the mountain after dark until we managed to finally locate the cabin.

This is one of the Worst cabins I have rented, extremely dirty, so dusty, the bathroom vents were caked with dust! I come to NC every year for the last 4 years. I was very disappointed on how dirty the house was and un- stocked for the 8 night's I stayed and FOR the expensive amount I paid for this place. Terribe! I had to go through this. They did not accommodate me in any way. Even for being a holiday. I had to bleach the bathrooms and showers due to the mold in the grout lines and walls and the kitchen sink faucets had mold from them as well, when i arrived! Very terrible. Will never rent from this company. They didn't put there house rules on there website on vrbo either, nor the informationabout the cabin. They have waisted my money, my time and once a year vacation here. Sad, The dishes, pots and pans were nasty. Not clean. Mold on the pot and pan lids, floating unknow black sources on the lid handles. Even the basket of leaves that were decorations had a thick layer of dust on them and they sat on the table where we were to eat !! Very noticeable and it was still not cleaned!! Upon checking out I had informed them the concerns and issues I had with the place being as dirty as it was, they told me that they would let the manager know,. I would have thought that someone would have called me to apologize for the situation even or offer to accommodate me for such an inconvenience, at least since i had to go buy cleaning products to clean there place!! Worst place I've be

Very easy to rent. Everything was excellent. The house was beautiful. Nice views. Only downside was the internet. Wasn’t happy when we were there and being in such a secluded area, there wasn’t a decent cell signal. Other than that, it was a great anniversary getaway!

The house was well equipped with everything you needed in the kitchen. The property management group was very responsive to questions.

We had the best time at this cabin! Great place to unplug which feels like time slows down and you really get to enjoy your time. I'd stay here again and again and again!

My husband and I have been coming to Bryson City area for over 10 years and have stayed at a variety of cabins. This cabin was clean, had great views, and had an kitchen that was well outfitted! My major disappointment was with expectations in the listing. The listing says it has WiFi with no qualification about lesser speeds, etc. There have been many times that we have opted for a place without WiFi/tv to have an “unplugged” vacation but this wasn’t our plan on this trip. We wanted a place where we had WiFi and could stream a movie or download a book on a rainy day. Unfortunately, the WiFi does not support that AND there is a note in the cabin that the WiFi is only for checking email. This was definitely not in the listing. If we had known this is advance we would have prepared differently for our trip — brought lots more books! Also, it would be good to know in advance that you will not have cell signal either. As stated previously, we have rented many places in the area and found similar places that have great WiFi. Finally, the paperwork and checkin process from the rental agency is a bit much. I felt like I had to spend the first 30 min of my vacation reading through the 6 pages of rules, signing all the paperwork, and then had to call to checkin and checkout. In summary, the cabin itself is nice, clean, and has a good view but I have found better options at a similar price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! The cabin was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was plenty of space for the 2 of us.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had such a wonderful time. This cabin is exactly what we were looking for. We woke up to snow one morning, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The hot tub was a huge hit and the kitchen had everything you can imagine for cooking and baking. We were a little nervous being from Florida in a 2 wheel drive Chevy Tahoe when there was a winter storm coming thru, but we had no problems getting to and from the cabin (we just waited until temperatures hit above freezing). We saw some deer and turkey while driving up one day, and the birds were relaxing to listen to and watch while sitting on the lower balcony with a cup of coffee. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time!
