Back 40 ENTRANCE in backyard! 15 minutes to entertainment.

This house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and in a great location! The host is super responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Bella Vista!

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning views. Had everything we needed for an extended weekend getaway. We cannot wait to stay again. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Property was beautiful, clean. Hiking trail is right off the backyard. Privacy was nice. The deck was really relaxing. And beautiful.

Two of us stayed at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the privacy and sitting on the back deck listening to nature. Easy access to a trail to walk was a bonus. We found ourselves relaxing so much we asked to extend our stay and the owners were very accommodating and made it easy for us to do so. We would recommend this house for so many reasons. Everything was as described with plenty of towels, kitchen items, coffee provided and comfortable beds. You have access to a garage. The home is light and bright. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is the house for you.

We stayed for a short weekend trip. Tranquil location. Nice views. Place was nice, well equipped and comfortable. We would stay again.

Great location and property. Definitely the place we will stay for future visits in Bella Vista. Walking/hiking path on the side of the mountain was fun.

We held our Thanksgiving celebration at Heather’s property. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The large living area gave us ample room to celebrate the holiday. The property was very clean and a beautiful location. Heather was available to answer all questions quickly. I have stayed here twice and would stay here without hesitation again.

The property we stayed in, was extremely clean at all the amenities that you would want. It came with bottled water and the refrigerator laundry detergents fabric softeners, fully stock kitchen, deck & garage. The host was right on point and extremely nice. The trail (Back 40) was indeed behind the property a very short distance away. Not too bad to hike, but if you bike it, this would be considered an expert mountain Trail. The scenery was extremely nice. Being a new home and well taken care of It was worth the money. Would definitely recommend and do it again

This house was amazing! Exactly what we needed. Close enough to everything but far enough to feel secluded!
