Stayed Sep 19, 2025My partner, dog, and myself had a fantastic stay at this cabin. The property manager Dennis was very communicative and kind, he gave me a call the morning of day 1 to let us know we could do an early check-in which really stuck out to me compared to other rentals / property managers I’ve interacted with.Location wise, you’ve got just about every outdoorsy activity you can ask for within a 30 minute radius; tons of hiking (two stops on the Appalachian Trail that can be driven to), mountain biking, ATV trails, and boating on Lake Chatuge. Extra bonus is that the nearest grocery store is only a 13 minute drive.The space itself is perfect for a small family, clean, well equipped, and the view from the deck cannot be beaten. GOOD WIFI so we were able to extend our stay into the work week and do Zoom meetings and such from the cabin. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025This is the second cabin we have stayed in owned by Laurel Mountain Cabins outside of Hiawassee Georgia. Pets are welcome. The cabin was very clean. Communication is excellent. Their cabins are very comfortable and very reasonable in priced. The photo gallery is exactly what you will find. Attaced is the view from the balcony.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Spent 7 nights in October 2024. Cabin was very roomy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed looking at the mountains and watching the birds from the swing on the back porch.
