The Neighborhood:

Located just 3.5 miles from the center of downtown Gatlinburg, this cabin offers the perfect combination of convenience and peaceful seclusion—plus postcard-worthy views of the Smoky Mountains.

Getting Around:

This cabin is easy to reach via fully paved roads.

We recommend a 4x4 vehicle for any visit to the Smoky Mountains, including this property. While accessible in most weather conditions, a 4x4 offers extra peace of mind in the rain or snow.

Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended when staying in the Smokies. Roads are paved and generally easy to navigate, but mountain weather can be unpredictable.

• The gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on the weather.

• A Keurig coffee maker is provided—please bring your own coffee pods.

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Interaction with Guests:

The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

We loved the view from the balcony! It was awesome as advertised. Spacious bathrooms, great amenities and the communication with proprietor was excellent.

Everything was fine except for the furniture was really dated and uncomfortable. The pillows were also very uncomfortable should have extra blankets for the pull out bed. Back deck and view were amazing. Only other downside was that there were Asian Beetles everywhere inside.

The cabin was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. It was very private but not far from downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the beautiful Smoky Mountain Park. We felt that it was our own get away even though we could see other cabins. As we arriived we saw a black bear in the nearby woods who quickly scurried away. He never came back! The view from the deck was amazing. The hot tub was wonderful and a bonus to our stay. We are planning to stay there again in the future when our schedule allows.

The cabin was nice, a little dirty and the lighting was horrible. I had to use a flashlight to cook anything and were basically in the dark sitting at the table. Need higher wattage bulbs or different fixtures, these are not at all sufficient. There are a few nails coming out on the back deck that need to be pounded back in, I found one the hard way. The sign on the wall has the incorrect Wi-Fi name and password, thank you for texting me the correct one so I could connect. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg.

Where do I start? Lighting was horrible, no lights over stove so had to use flashlight to cook or look into cabinets. Lights on deck dont work. Nails sticking up all over the deck making walking out there dangerous. Cleanliness was a joke as there was so much dust on everything. pots and pans are unusable and dirty. Wi fi password did not work. Fire alarm disabled in bedroom. Blood on sheets in one bedroom. No waste baskets in bedrooms and if your not going to provide a dresser than maybe at least a rack to put luggage on. If your going to charge cleaning fee then it should be clean when I arrive. Worst vrbo I've ever rented. owner obviously doesn't care. much dust on everything

We enjoyed it. It seemed to be dark. Brighter bulbs would be nice. Otherwise it was good.

The view was spectacular! There was very dim lighting and the hot tub is not even warm when you get there.

This property was perfect for our needs-nothing fancy, but cozy, clean and private. We would stay in this property again if we make it back to Gatlinburg another time. Great location!

The property was very clean, communication was simple and easy. The views of the mountains are immaculate, even though there is a cabin right next door it still feels very private! Also within reasonable driving distance to activities.

This was the perfect getaway to have a cabin in the mountains that was close to Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed to stay for a week or weekend. The view of the Great Smoky Mountains was awesome. I would definitely come back!!

Loved the hot tub and privacy of the deck! The place was clean but I think cleaning crew forgot the mirror over the stove. Like others have said, the kitchen was VERY dark lighting under the cabinets could fix that. It was a bit hard to find but we turned on every road possible (not many) and found it. Finally it would be good to list that the place has a blow dryer. All in all, it was perfect for what we needed.

Cabin was great. A few things that could be improved....lighting needs improved, very poor lighting in kitchen, dining room and living room. They were more like night lights! And could use more towels/washclothes in the bathrooms.
