Awesome Getaway and a Theater - Hot Tub Bliss Meets Home Theater Fun

We were there for a family reunion in nearby Townsend. Cabin was clean and met expectations.

This cabin was clean, accommodating for large group and good location with just short drive to Pigeon Forge and a little bit longer drive to Gatlinburg. If you want to be in a wooded mountain area but don’t want to drive up steep scary hills, this place is perfect. Had everything we needed. But don’t take the description of it having a theatre to heart. It has older movie theatre type seats along a wall in the basement with a large screen tv - maybe 75 inches or so mounted high on the wall across from it to watch DVDs; the pool table sits between the seats and the tv screen so it would no be comfortable to watch movies there. We weren’t there to watch movies so we didn’t care. The hot tub was clean and comfortable- loved relaxing in that every day. The juke box was hit or miss - sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn’t. The community pool was great, cool shape and size to accommodate a lot of visitors. Overall great stay.

The cabin was gorgeous with Christmas trees. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. There were four of us and we all had a wonderful time.

The cabin was nice for a family getaway with plenty of activity to enjoy and a nice space for the family.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The carpets are filthy. The patios are full of spiderwebs and unclean. There was trash that had been dumped on either side of the property.

House and community were great! About 10 minutes drive from town. Lots of starter supplies for the week and kitchen was well stocked. Nonstick cookwear needs replacing but that's a normal for every vacation rental. Mattress was a bit firm for us but was comfortable enough for all week for everyone. Rental company provided enough details in our pretrip communications that we never needed them during the week. Only downfall...pizza crust under the dining table in the back porch and used drink cups in the theater chairs on level one. All in all, we would stay here again and willdefinitely rent from this company.

We enjoyed the experience overall. And utilized the pool area too. Things we wish would change prior to our next visit. *sweep and clean the porches. *the sofas were very old and uncomfortable. *the air-conditioning upstairs barely worked.
