Cute Cabin! Had a couple minor issues but property owner was very responsive.

This house was perfect for my family. Plenty of plates and whatnot. I bought some cooking utensils for the house since that was a little skimpy. The oven needs to be calibrated badly! And the dishwasher does not clean dishes. But the stay was great!

Description of cabin says it sleeps 10people and what it should say is 6 Adults and 4 children. Beds were creaking, doors were noisy, ceiling fans were very loud when on high-all fans made this noise, only half the jets in the hot tub worked, could not adjust outdoor grill when cooking, kitchen appliances and supplies were in bad shape, only one spatula to use in the kitchen, the can opener was rusted and broken, towels provided were so small and dinghy and dishwasher does not clean the dishes! The list goes on. We have stayed in several different cabins in Broken Bow and I have never experienced so many disappointments for the amount of money we pay for a relaxing trip. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poorly built and furnished for a VRBO.

Very clean, comfortable for all. Was pleasantly surprised by the lack of flies and mosquitoes, which gave us more time to enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the rocking chairs, grills, playground, fire pit. Overall great experience

We had a great stay! The only issues were the ceiling fans in each room were incredibly loud. It was an easy fix to not use them as the ac worked great! The communication with management was wonderful. They had plenty of the basics provided. My kids loved the playground, the hot tub was wonderful and clean! The back porch was amazing! Plenty of hot water and the water pressure was wonderful as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and loved the inside and outside of the cabin! Good tucked away location. Great communication from the managers.

We loved our stay at the cabin. We had 3 families, with 5 kiddos between the ages of 2-6 and one teenager along with 6 adults. There was something to entertain us all! The smaller kiddos loved the swingset, the playroom upstairs and the backyard of the property. They spent lots of time exploring the creek bed. The hot tub was great and the adults loved lounging on the patio watching the kiddos. Beds were comfy and the bunkbeds were a hit too! We did let management know that the ceiling fans could use lots of TLC. Otherwise the stay was perfect!

Loved this cabin pretty clean and nice area I love that it was big for a whole family and it was clean and it had everything we needed we spent great New Year’s Eve and day on this beautiful cabin I recommend this 100%

Cozy cabin in the woods with plenty of amenities! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to book again and recommend to our family and friends!

Perfect and feels like home.

Overall I liked this property. It looked so cute and was clean except for some difficult to reach Spring Cleaning type of things (light fixtures, windows, etc...) Several in our party really enjoyed the hot tub. My husband really enjoyed the fireplace on the deck. And the firewood that was supplied.

It seems that the property managers have tried their absolute best to think of everything. The minor issues were fixed quickly and the rest were simple things that we could do without. The check in and check out process was easy and my family had a great time. Great property.

3 families- totaling 15- just left this beautiful place, and really enjoyed our stay! With 9 kids, the bunk room with loft was perfect for us. They had a blast all staying together in such a fun room. I was also so impressed with how well the house was stocked. Several essentials you usually don’t find provided. Everything was clean and comfortable for us!

Property was as described and clean on arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We especially appreciated the included firewood, as that was one less thing to think about bringing or purchasing there. We had easy conversation and quick response from the property manager for a few random things. Property is great for families with kids. Ours were too old for the playscape, but would have loved it when they were younger. Big groups will appreciate the very accommodating fire pit swings/chairs. Overall we had a great stay and a relaxing few days with family and friends.

Great time! Tons of entertainment for kids and adults to enjoy.
