Arnold Family Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Arcade & Deck

We went there for the holidays and absolutely loved our days there. The house is perfect for large families ! We will be back!

We had an amazing time, the kids LOVED the bunk room and the play was endless between the outdoor space, the arcade and the giant beanbag in the room.The house itself had everything we needed to cook dinners and the tiny lock issue we had was resolved immediately by the home owners who were incredibly responsive. 10/10 experience and every one of us hope to go back sometime in the next year!

The house was exactly as shown. Very well equipped, great areas for the family to gather, very quiet neighborhood, great proximity to a very good grocery store. Would stay there again if in the area. Kristi was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions. It was great!

We all enjoyed The Cub, very clean and a fun place to go with a group. Enjoyed the Hot Tub and such a great place to relax. Thanks to Kristi for always responding to my questions and letting us have a later check out time. We had a great time and would recommend it for anyone who would like a great place to stay with family or friends.

The amenities were super great, but the unique personal touches to make sure you had everything needed, from cooking to laundry and showers was the best! There was even a clean high chair for our 2 year old! The games were great for family fun and everything was so beautiful! Beds were comfy, central air conditioning was so great...even one control just for upstairs. We wish we could've stayed there for a month!

Great house for a big family! Well maintained and well stocked/equipped! Owner was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues which they addressed within hours. Super!Great area and especially appreciated the hot tub in the mornings and the air conditioning in the afternoon’s warm weather. Cul-de-sac location made it feel isolated, safe and secure. Services were all very close by and convenient….grocery store, walk-in clinic, pharmacy, hardware store. Had a great time and we’d definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our time at the Cub house! The owner, Kristi, was extremely helpful and responsive. The updates and layout are great for kids, especially the upstairs loft with bunk beds. Well stocked with games, nice updates to the bedrooms and bathrooms, large indoor and outdoor dining space, spacious & well stocked kitchen, lots of smart tvs, hot tub, bbq, and the arcade in the garage was fun. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. With proximity to big trees market, white pines lake, big trees state park, Murphys, angels camp, Columbia. So much to do around for outdoor activities or just relaxation. We stayed in the summer, the backyard looks like it would be great for a little sledding in the winter too! Overall, we had an excellent experience at the Cub house!!

We had a wonderful time playing board games on the large dining room table and arcade games in the garage. Convenient access and great location. We’ll be back!

Amazing place!

Cub House was wonderful for group of 6 adults and 4 children. The upstairs bunk room was comfortable for the kiddos. (and one adult!) The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding and a hot tub that was used frequently. Since this was a ski weekend, the proximity to Bear Valley was crucial. While some skied, others took advantage of historic walks through Murphys and Angel's Camp....both close by. There was also a market at the base of the hill, convenient for breakfast supplies. The kids and adults enjoyed the arcade games in the garage and the video games in the bunk room. Seating in the living room and dining room was very comfortable. Contact with the owners was very easy and helpful for check in and check out.

Stayed at the property for two nights in the middle of February. The house itself was lovely and the kids really enjoyed the games in the garage. All the rooms were cleaned and well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to make several meals there.The overall location is great. It's quiet but close enough that you can walk to a local grocery store and pizza place. Plus an easy drive to bear valley where we spent our days having fun in the snow.

We had an amazing time! Everything was very clean. There was plenty of common area space for us all to be together. And the location of the house is perfect! The hosts are also very communicative and kind. :)

We loved this place! Very spacious and full of fun games. They provide so much from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back in the future. Most of all, great home owners! They helped my friend get her wedding band back! Such honest and great people.

We stayed with friends and 4 small kids for this Thanksgiving. The house is very clean, warm and comfortable. It has beautiful backyard and a lot of games to play. Fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with tubing in Bear Lake and Calaveras Big Tree park nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here our first visit to Arnold. Great communication with property manager and owner with easy checkin/checkout instructions. The home is beautifully decorated and was the perfect home base for 3 family crew. Would highly recommend!

Nice relaxing week with family. Memories were made, especially for the kids.

We had a great time here. We had 11 total guests staying and the house was definitely able to handle it and still feel roomy. A lot of great amenities and games included for use, and it was perfect for the kids to enjoy. Will definitely be returning in the future!
