The house was perfect and just what we were looking for. Just a few minutes from town and still far enough away to enjoy the outdoors.

Great, clean cabin. Very close to town and all of the activities! Check in process was very easy. Only complaints were the power went out for half the day and we wish there was a bit more communication on the status. Also the WiFi is bad. The tv constantly disconnected and phones wouldn’t stay connected. This wasn’t a huge deal since we were outside most of the time but it did get annoying in the evenings.

The cabin was pretty and comfortable. We had issues with the fireplace outside not working, maintenance came out and said it had to be replaced so we didn't get to use it which was disappointing. The wifi connection wasn't good it kept going in and out. We found jeans in a closet behind the door and ear plugs by one of the beds that hadn't been disposed of. The water pressure wasn't great, if you flushed the toilet the sink water barely came out. Other than that we had a great time!!!

It was a wonderful property. May want to fix the internet. Internet only worked in the main seating area and the upstairs loft.

The house was beautiful and so clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were available whenever we needed to ask a question. My kids are already asking when we can come back!

This cabin is amazing! Very clean, more spacious and stunning than the photos, and conveniently located to Broken Bow attractions. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Nice quiet place to stay.

Beautiful home. We did not get to enjoy all the property had to offer because we only spent 2 nights and the weather was rainy. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was really great, the cabin was in a great location, clean, the kitchen was stocked well (except for Tupperware), it was close to everything in town. We felt safe and tucked away. It was everything we expected! If we were to be very nitpicky, we would recommend softer mattresses or mattress pads, bigger mirrors and/or full length mirror, and toilet paper holders.At the time of our stay, the lights on the hot tub patio were not working. Overall, our stay was great and we had fun!

Overall excellent place to stay with a few disappointments. 1) Outdoor fireplace didn’t work. Property Mgmt did send someone out pretty fast, however he was not able to repair and had called it in 2 weeks prior to our dates. 2) Details mentioned 5 coffee pods, however this property does not have a Keurig machine. 3) Hot Tub was very old and seemed to not have much care taken to maintain. 4) Area was under a burn ban (that’s uncontrollable) but would have been nice to use outdoor fireplace. 5) no cleaning supplies 6) Recommend adding a full mirror to one of the rooms. 7) overall cleanliness, but windows seemed dirty as well as blinds. Mostly sharing for feedback but we enjoyed the stay and our time at the property. Location was awesome! Thank you!

Awesome, clean house with a great hot tub and comfortable fire pit area. Kids were a little bummed that the game table didn’t work, but it was fine, not what we came here for!

This place and area were a great weekend getaway. What you see is what you get! It was a beautiful place with lots of room.

The layout of the cabin was perfect. Two master bedrooms, each separated by the living area. Game room and kids bedroom upstairs which can be closed off for noise control or opened to downstairs as desired. Cabin was well furnished - very comfortable. Ideal for 2 couples or 2 families. Very nice deck in back with TV and fireplace. Plenty of privacy and set in pretty surroundings (heavily wooded hills).

Great cabin. All amenities were as described or better. Very conveniently located to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake. Saw a doe and two fawn about 20 yards from the back deck the first morning. Will definitely book the cabin again for our next trip.

We have been staying in this exact area for years now and have had the best experiences in the luxury cabins. However this cabin disappointed in almost every way possible. Multiple problems that did end up getting resolved by maintenance, some didn’t. We brought our 5 month old son with us and upon arrival find a container of chlorine for the hot tub sitting in the kitchen window, very unhappy with this unsafe condition. WiFi barely ever worked, lights at the hot tub didn’t work, lights in master shower did not work. Do yourself a favor and rent any other cabin on this road or in this area. They are much nicer and provide so much more luxury than this one. This cabin does not belong with the ones around it. Will never rent again.

This property was a beautiful place to get away! Clean, nice, and just like the pictures! Highly recommend this cabin for family or friends!
