The hot tub only heated up to 94 degrees. The stove burners were crooked so food didn’t cook evenly.

Cabin has potential, but the porches was not inviting. The webs was every where. We couldn't enjoy the porches @ all. We couldn't control the temperature inside the cabin & it was freezing inside the cabin. I brought a shower curtain for the main floor bathroom, because the other ine had mildew over it. The toilet in the main floor looks disgusting. I cleaned it several times & brought toilet liners. The blind was broke in the bedroom in the main floor we fixed it. The place can be great if they take the time to clean it inside & out. It needs some cosmetic attention. Our trip was supposed to be to just relax & hang around the cabin, but we ended up leaving early mornings & coming back late evenings. We couldn't get comfortable from the cold & the webs all over the porch. Oh & the windows up stairs by pool table looks terrible definitely needs cleaning. The location is great & the pool is right in front of the cabin.

The property was exactly how it was described. It was very clean and the fireplace was a great addition to our stay. We were minutes away from all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Among the Oaks cabin in the Blackberry Ridge Resort was a very nice place to stay. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. If you don't like having to drive up steep curvy roads in the mountains, this cabin is for you!! One of the negative things could say about the cabin is that it could've been cleaner. There were cobwebs in the lampshades, dust and lenton tables in the living room and food crumbs on kitchen counters. Also the downstairs bathtub faucet dripped constantly. Overall though, it was a nice place to stay.

We planned a last minute trip and luckily among the oaks was available. Cabin was super close to everything and really clean. We most wanted to relax and soak in Hot Tub and it was perfect for that. Can’t really think of any negatives except main floor toilet was out of service because of a leak. That kind of stuff happens.

This was a perfect setting for our first time in Tennessee. We were surprised to have the cabin decorated with a tree for Christmas. It was a perfect setting for our family. This stay has helped us make a decision to come back here every year for Christmas.

The cabin could have been cleaner. Cobwebs were in the windows and there was dirt in the corners. Over all tho it was a decent cabin
