Three generations Enjoyed our stay

Everything was well marked and stocked. We loved the view, game room, and hot tub.

Loved this home! The views were incredible, changing constantly with the weather. The home cozy and inviting, the open plan kitchen and living area was perfect and spacious for everyone to hang out! The hot tub and sauna were amazing on the cold nights! Very close to beech mountain ski resort which was a huge plus. We all thoroughly enjoyed this home and Sophia was an amazing host, responding quickly and positively to all my questions. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful! It was very well stocked. The host responded very quickly and was super helpful. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back!

We truly loved staying at Kokomo with our extended family! The accommodations were lovely with a well stocked kitchen, great games, and an amazing view. The kids loved the garage where they played for hours. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for the chilly days. The owners were so helpful and responsive. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

This house is amazing. It was very clean and organized. Very well stocked. Views are fantastic. Plenty of parking. I liked how there were newer smoke detectors, gas and carbon monoxide detectors also. Hot tub and sauna were extremely clean and in great working condition. The garage is a great hang out spot for teens. Really can’t say anything negative about this property. Host was very quick to respond to all emails. Check in was easy and efficient. Check out was just as easy. I like how there was a very simple list to follow and not 4 pages of things to do before checkout.

We had an amazing stay at the Kokomo Beach Mountain rental. The home was the perfect escape for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor amenities, particularly the sauna with a stunning view of the mountains. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The hot tub was also a huge hit, offering a great spot to soak and enjoy the scenery. The home itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As dog owners, we always appreciate a place that is pet-friendly, and our labradoodle absolutely loved the home. The location was fantastic; the drive was on a paved road the entire way, which was a huge plus. We went during the summer, so we're not sure how that drive would be with snow or ice. The moon-shaped driveway with two exits made for easy coming and going. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in working order and clean and easy to find/use. The sauna was beautifully positioned and the angle of the house on the mountain offered a lovely view all day. We had everything we needed and felt safe with the kids there. Went hiking at local trails and had an all around perfect trip.

Let’s just start there…the view knocks you off your feet right away. It’s simply amazing! The house was a perfect fit for our family getaway to Beech for some snowboarding. Plenty of bedrooms with cozy beds and common areas with all the games you could possibly want. We loved the arcade games! Hot tub and sauna were so nice after a day on the slopes! Kitchen was equipped with all we needed and everything was so clean! We look forward to returning another season to hike! The interaction with Sophia was the best and she was quick to respond to any questions we had! Top notch! Cannot wait to get back up there to Kokomo!

I can't say enough about how it really was all about the cabin! And, what I mean was that no matter if it was a ski day or a day, where we stayed in the cabin it was the perfect place. It was warm and cozy with two fireplaces! On the day we had to stay in, there was no lack of fun, between the game room, and the slope across the street for sledding (sleds conveniently found in the game room) we had a ton of fun!! And, the hot tub and sauna were relaxing and therapeutic. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.!!! There was plenty of room for everyone in the family, including our dog! Add

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The views really are incredible. We stayed during the month of August and there were deer everywhere! Such a great escape! The house is right on the golf course so we were able to get out and walk the paths and enjoy the surrounding area too. The house was as described with a few minor things changed from the photos. The awning is no longer over the upstairs deck. There are speakers throughout the house that would have been nice to understand before our last day. The owners were quick to stay in contact and answer any questions! Very helpful! Would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was just as indicated and we enjoyed our time relaxing at the house. Great location that was close to all the summer activities we were looking for!
