Amazing View! 7 Bedrooms, Hot Tub, Arcade Games.

Gorgeous view, large enough but a few issues. A tub leaked, the hot tub had issues, and when it rained, all three levels leaked. It was just ok.

First, the communication with Eden Crest was great. No issues whatsoever and they were more than willing to help remedy any issues we ran into during out stay.The biggest issue we had was in the description. One bedroom was described as having 1 King and 2 Twin Beds. Having a large group, we chose this cabin because it gave a bed to every student. When we arrived, the bedroom had one King and no twin beds. Thankfully we were able to adjust and it wasn't as big an issue as it could've been and Eden Crest offered to bring air mattresses. However, when you spend hours searching for the right combo of beds/rooms/bathrooms and arrive to find the description was inaccurate. That's just a big disappointment.Secondly, and this is just a heads up for any guests coming in the next few weeks, the hot tub is awaiting repairs. This was not an issue for our group and I'm not complaining, just a heads up for any upcoming guests.Cabin was clean, easy to access and was convenient to PF. Also a heads up to upcoming guests, take Wears Valley Rd. and then put the address in, for some reason Google Maps took us through the entire development instead of the easiest, least curvy way possible. :)

Check in was very easy. Beautiful property, very spacious and clean. Large dining area which accompanied our party of 18 (14 adults & 4 children). Game room for the kids. Great view and great location. Many attractions nearby.

This weekend my fanil

The cabin was nice. There were a few things broken (bathroom door, swing on deck, bathtub, blinds) Maintenance came quickly to fix the broken door and ordered parts for the rest. Everyone was very kind and helpful and we were able to work around broken things. All in all it was a great experience.

Over 20 family members enjoy the cabin for a week. The location and view was amazing.

Beautiful views and decorated nicely. Several advertised amenities did not work properly. Hottub was not functional at all even after calling maintenance, game in game room did not work, dishwasher would not dry, hot water not sufficient for large group and a few too loose for comfort beams on the decks. Also, trash was never picked up. Maintenence did respond quickly about burnt out light bulbs and did attempt to fix the hottub.

This place had everything that we could want and although I've read other comments that said otherwise, it was a great spot. We were mindful on the number of real (non pull-out) beds (10) & bedrooms (7) they had. The only thing I'd recommend is planning on bringing extra trash bags/paper towels/coffee filters because there really weren't any that we could find. One of the coffee pots was broken (crack in the pot) but they had two pots, so we were able to make that work. The views were stellar, the game room was fun, and this place had at least two of every kitchen item you might need. The only other watchout was the tv situation. There were Rokus on most tv's, so if you don't stream much, that might be tricky. We couldn't find a Roku remote for the main level, so we downloaded the remote on our phone (or you could bring your own and just plug it in). Again, it was a simple fix and at the end of the day, we're not taking a vacation to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal. So yes, a few minor issues but this met our needs and everyone was pleased.

This house was good in the aspects of being clean and in a good location but we were a bit disappointed overall. The hot tub did not work which was half the reason we booked this house. We had to fill it up ourselves and then it never got hot. We reached out to the host and it was not resolved during our stay. Also this house said it slept 23 but comfortably only slept 17 unless you want to sleep on a literal cot. We were thankful we thought to bring 2 air mattresses. Also, the house was not stocked with enough towels for 23 people. The main level tv also did not allow us to change the channel. The downstairs also was freezing and the heat did not kick on. Also the jucuzzis in each bedroom had a sign that said they were all missing a part so we did not get to use those. All around, the house did the bare minimum but we would not stay again.

Our family tradition of spending a few days in the Tenn mountains over New Year was a resounding success in this beautiful cabin. From communications to trash collection, every thing went as we would have wished. The cabin is perfect for a large group and the view is spectacular. Only problem that existed was a bad hinge on the back door on main floor. We decided not to use the door to prevent further damage. That was a minor inconvenience.
