Second time staying in this cabin and highly recommend. Great location, clean and comfortable, easy parking. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game machine. Management checked in often and made sure everything was as it should be. Five stars!

I will say it’s not a very clean place and leave it at that. The management company is aware but let’s see how quickly they get it taken care of. If you have any health issues avoid it. It’s not a single cabin it’s a duplex type cabin. You can hear everything if you are on the main level. I could say so much more but it would be a page long. There are laminate signs on the walls they are tacky. Furniture that needs replaced as it is well beyond its time. Dirty towels that need to be used to maybe clean the place. Maybe that’s what they use and then wash for the guest. I know they will come back with a fake response on here. But I’m telling the truth and have videos and pictures of this place. They did release us out of the stay But the way it was handled was very unprofessional on their end as well Vrbo’s end.

Our cabin was a little to be desired. We travel regularly and have stayed in many places but never any place this filthy, we ride rzr and have stayed in the hills of West Virginia and nothing we have stayed in looked as bad as the cabin we just left. We are not wealthy people or snobs just average working people but cleanliness is a must. My husband was ready to leave and demand a refund our first night there but I talked him into letting it go and us clean what we could and deal with it. The carpet was so filthy we would not let our grandbaby on the floor. There is MOLD on the wall in the upstairs bedroom, where my grandbaby slept, I couldn’t believe it when my daughter pointed it out. The sink in the basement, the grill all gross. The bathtub in the basement had mold around it. The floors gross everything just nasty. The love seat upstairs just needs thrown in the trash and it had a blanket over it to try to hide it. Dead bugs in the floor not sure if it was a roach or what. Pictures online are very deceiving so I have attached pictures so you could see just a little of the mess that I saw. Do not stay in this cabin!!

Location was really great, short drives to all the touristy stuff. The rest was very average. Did not use outdoor anything.(Outdoor pool was down for cleaning, lower grill was rusty-dirty-gross, hot tub space not been floor swept in long time- smelled of chlorine but very worn and sand/gravel in bottom) Some main room/bedroom furniture so worn did not use - had to report broken table from a prior rental. Finally got pin codes to HOA's indoor pool / game area halfway through stay and did use those - pool was ok , game area ok but pingpong table broken and barely usable. No TV remotes for the 3 TVs only a cable rmt and 2 roku - so had to sort manually changing 'inputs' with side panel bttns. Had to reprogram 2 Roku remotes to actually work. One of those only worked if full time on a charging cable, requested batteries for the other. Had to request hand towels and bath mat that were not provided. In short, made due for spending most of our time Out and About but fell short as a place to hang out and enjoy the space... and requesting all the things needed that should have been 100% before arrival - was very annoying...

We had a great time on our trip. The kids loved the hot tub inside the house and outside as well. The home was clean and very close to all attractions. We would definitely come back.

We stayed June 23–27 with three little ones. The cabin itself is roomy, tucked away, and close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions. Unfortunately, we arrived to a toasty 82 F interior. We set the thermostat to 70 F and alerted the host, who replied quickly and asked us to give the system time. After a few hours out exploring we returned to an only-slightly-cooler 78 F, making the first night uncomfortable. By the next evening—after a full day at Dollywood in 90 F heat—the HVAC finally caught up, and the rest of the stay was pleasantly cool.Housekeeping was mostly solid, but the pull-out couches had crumbs/debris and we chose not to use the pullout beds. There’s a cosmetic ceiling crack in the basement that wasn’t mentioned ahead of time; it didn’t affect our stay but was surprising. Beds and showers were comfortable, decks were peaceful, and most neighbors were courteous (one loud night). The biggest amenity let-down was the lodge’s community pool: small, zero shade, and warmer than bathwater—more “hot tub” than cool dip.Overall: (4/5). Location and host responsiveness were excellent; a pre-arrival A/C check and a deeper clean on pull-outs would make this place an easy five stars.

Bedding is very worn.It was ok but wouldn’t stay in this cabin again.Having the wrong door code sent to us the first time is never a good sign. It was resolved in 10 minutes but after a day of traveling not what you want to deal with. The next door cabin said they had the same problem. I have used vrbo a few times and this was the first problem on ch in

We stayed in the cabin with 4 kids. Cabin was clean, a bit older, but everything was good. It is like a duplex, connected to the other cabin. We liked the room downstairs with sleeper sofa and queen bed for kids to sleep there. Arcade games were great! The only thing that we didn't like was a mattress on the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable. Hot tub was good. Pool was across from the cabin, water wasn't very clean in it, but it is not owner's fault. We liked how close the cabin was to the center of the Pigeon Forge.
