Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable and good location.
Good location for walks, roomy enough. A bit lacking in the cooking pots/pans. Great view!
The home was beautiful but could have used some rugs on the floors and pictures on the walls - Just to warm it up a bit. The view was amazing. I read previous reviews and I don't understand why I'm having to complaining about the same things - the ice maker did not work and the water level in the hot tub was so low the jets couldn't work (which was a disappointment since we were looking forward to that). I wonder why these items have not been addressed? I WAS amazed, however, at the cleanliness. Since pets are welcome, I expected pet hair in the corners or the edges of the rugs or a dog smell. There was none of that and you really couldn't tell a dog had been there before us.
Recent winter trip and the propane tank was empty which meant no heat as the furnace runs on that tank. House was in the mid 50s once we got back our first evening and I called the property manager to notify. A local propane truck shows up 10:30pm and was able to fill the tank and help get the stovetop and furnace back up and running by almost midnight. First night was brutal but other nights were good. I’m not sure how this sort of night 1 issue happens as it is easily preventable.
Beautiful views from the deck while enjoying the fireplace, lots of nice cozy blankets for the cold nights and the hot tub was very relaxing.
A few issues. Contact with company felt auto message. Called us 2 hours before check-in that the hottub wasn't working. Big disappointment. The BBQ wasn't clean and caused a grease fire. We had to clean it for an hour to be able to use it safely the second time. Gas fire pit was nice, but the nob was loose so was frustrating turning it on. Beds didn't feel clean, there was dog hair on them. Cabin's location is beautiful, the view from the porch was amazing and there are plenty of trails to discover. Deer walk right on the property and got to watch them from the porch
The best thing about this house was the spectacular mountain views. Through large picture windows, we were able to gaze on the Cascades all day and then watch the moon rise at night. The house was spacious. We shared a few pieces of constructive criticism with Vacasa, the host company: Wifi was pretty bad--made streaming movies very frustrating. Not enough towels. Great kitchen but really poor quality cookware--one medium size skillet and two very small skillets, no salad bowl or mixing bowls.
Beautiful newer lot and home that has luxury bare minimum furnishings. Missed having a table or reading lamp in Living room for example.. Biggest headache was Refrigerator Ice Maker broken and nothing guest services suggested worked. The handy men in our group couldn't fix it either. We needed ice cubes for a guest with injured hand. Also there are at least 6 light bulbs not working (kitchen ceiling lights and one master bathroom pendent light) so that was very inconvenient. NO clothes hangers in master closet, not a one. Also the Blinds in master bedroom are extrememly difficult to close, and couldn't get TV to turn on with remote power button. Batteries dead? None found to replace. So overall just too many items broken, difficult, or missing for what we paid. This property seems neglected in the maintenance department. We hope things get fixed before next renters!
The house was as pictured. It is in a nice, gated community with similar homes. The pool is a short walk away. Enjoyed the spacious home, deck, bbq grill and hot tub. Beds were fine, good Wi-Fi, TVs in all rooms. Would have appreciated having extra paper towels, and bath towels were small, thin like a cheap hotel. I had to defrost the ice maker and clean grease from the stove on arrival. Overall, still very nice!
It shows that this property is owned and managed from afar and lacks some of the care and details that a more local owner usually provides. It would be nice to have a welcome binder (or email) with instructions on how to use the hot tub or turn on the indoor and outdoor fire places. The bed count is also different than advertised (the beds listed as queens are more like fulls, and the twin bunk/trundle is hard to use because of the ladder).
This is a great house for a large family. The downstairs is large and open, and everyone can be in the same area without feeling too crowded. Outside deck is large and mostly enclosed, so children have a place to play outside. The only downside was there were only 4 outdoor chairs, so bring folding chairs if needed. And the pillows were horrible, so bring your own pillows! Other than that, it was great!
Wonderful home, we enjoyed our stay.
The house and views were spectacular. It snowed a few days which made it even better! The only negative thing was that the hot tub level was super low (below the jets). Thankfully my Husband had his work truck with a hose so we could fill it ourselves. Had to hunt for hot tub towels but found them. Might be nice for future guests, not familiar with the area to have a welcome folder with things to do, places to eat etc. Overall great place and will likely look to stay here again!
Nice house, beautiful view. Fun walks in the snow. Great for dogs.
Overall we loved our stay! The cabin was beautifully located. Easy to access and private. The hot tub was not working properly while we were there which is the only thing that knocked a star off of the review.
Overall it was a nice home. It was pretty dirty though, long black dog hair EVERWHERE, in beds, on the floor, the kitchen wasn't very clean either. The patio wasn't very accessible due to the amount of built up snow and ice. The hot tub was gross, green algae caked around the edge where the water level was and none of the hotub features worked such as the jets, lights, thermostat etc. Again, overall it was fair, but for the amount of money charged it was very underwhelming. I'm not sure that we will return to that house again, but there are several other homes in the neighborhood that are much cleaner and equipped to stay in.
Excellent property for Brother's and significant other & kids to have fun in the snow and relax before Christmas.
This place was a great find and location, It is about 15 minutes outside of the downtown area. The drive to it is beautiful, The community is quiet and nice. Parking for boats or RV, PLUS a 2 car garage. The view is amazing and the deck/hot tub will keep you outside day and night as the stars are insanely bright. The place actually has a kennel for large dogs and even a air conditioned space for your pet. The only issues we ran into were the back slider door doesn't latch well (we made it work) and the TVs are a bit tricky in the downstairs area (but who goes for the TV) Communication was great and we will be coming back next summer.
I felt like I had win the lottery. This cabin was exactly how the pictures looked. The feel was amazing. All the relaxation I had desired. I will return soon!
Beautiful new home, very clean /comfortable, nicely furnished, high-quality appliances well laid out floor plan and fantastic view. 5+ plus this is our third stay here.
All in all exactly what the doctor ordered... literally he did. Was a well kept never home with all the modern amenities. I wish there would have been a welcome booklet of sorts to walk through and explain everything but non the less a relaxed weekend getaway.
Beautiful home -clean and new. Wonderful view and deck. Quiet neighborhood.
