Other things to note
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

★ 2 DOGS ALLOWED ★
Up to 2 dogs allowed on a case by case basis for an additional $75 fee per pet per night. Undisclosed pets will be charged $150 per pet per night. Cats are not allowed. Pet must be completely cleaned up after, fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, and crated indoors when not home with the pet. No pets allowed on the furniture. Guest is responsible if there is any damage caused by their pet.

We LOVE hosting pets, however we expect guests to clean up after their pets, both inside and outside the home. If excessive amounts of hair or any amount of pet waste is left, an additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ PRIVATE PARKING ★
Parking for up to 5 cars (3 if you have SUVs). No RVs please.

We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional supplies appropriate for your stay duration and extra towels, blankets, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, coffee, kpods etc.

We do not offer refunds nor allow date changes for weather, natural disasters, accidents or illness. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.
