Stayed Dec 25, 2025When we arrived there was someone in the cabin/house. We tried to contact the host with no luck, we contacted VRBO who was not able to contact the host. VRBO never sent an email to me to explain what to do so I am out money paid for a stay we could not make due to the lack of access to the house/cabin.It was an absolutely miserableHoliday due to the issue
