Stayed Aug 18, 2025Stayed here with my wife for 5 days in August. Here are some highlights (pros and cons).The Good:- Clean and spacious cabin- Big Fridge- Right near a grocery store- Beautiful set up near the river- Great location if planning on visiting different towns on the Kenai Peninsula- Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable The not so great:

Stayed Aug 17, 2021We checked in without any problems. The accommodations in the cabin could stand an upgrade. The cabin needs some blinds or shutters, there is no privacy in the front part of the cabin. The couch, TV, and bed was not up to par. The TV was about the size of a computer screen and could have been a bit larger. The couch was not comfortable and neither was the bed in the main bedroom, for the price we paid for the cabin we thought the accommodations where not nice enough. The location and proximity to river is really nice and it is very peaceful and natural.

Stayed Jul 30, 2021This lodging is 2nd to none and a great location to fish salmon. It is in a quiet location and Richard was a great host. Highly recommend.
