The hot tub that the ad stated was there was not! Then the bathtub with jets would not turn on!!

Seating in the living area is the sofa only. The one (not two) recliner beside the sofa was torn and broken. The lamp in the picture was broken and leaning against the corner by the pool table. The king bed had no mattress cover and the foam pad under the sheet was stained. There wasn't sufficient silverware for 4 as advertised. There are no hot pads for getting things out of the oven. The #4 on the microwave does not work. There was trash in the second bathroom, a dead bug on the mantel in living room, and dust all over the living room TV. The bedroom TV was not hooked up to the dish service so it was useless. There was a dead bird on the front porch. The CD/radio player had no electric cord or batteries so it was unusable. We reported these problems when we arrived and were told missing items were because other people steal things. We sent pictures of the broken items and the Property management thanked us for the pictures, but did nothing to correct problems. They did send someone to remove the dead bird and remove the CD/radio player. We had asked for batteries but they chose to remove the radio instead.

Pleasant scenery. Quiet and restful. Close to everything

This location and facility is quaint and cute. The one regret is that it seems it hasn’t been maintained as well as it should. They were honest in the listing that the hot tub was non-functioning but they didn’t say that the jets in the indoor jacuzzi were also broken. The cable was a little hard to operate ( instructions near the TVs would have been helpful). And FYI on my last day in the home there were some dead and dying wasps or bees. One crawl into my dirty clothes and I stepped on it and was stung. I’m not sure I can really blame that on the facility because it is a cabin in the mountains and this could happen , but I’m only stating it so that the property owner is aware that there may be a problem and they can check it out before the next renter arrives. Overall the place was beautiful, clean and cozy and affordable compared to its neighbors

This place was terrible. I’ll just list the problems. #1- no code given to gated community or cabin. We had to call them when we arrived. Thankfully we arrived before 8 pm because after that they do not answer the phone. #2- We enter and we’re super excited to see the pool and hot tub (our main reason for renting this), we’re excited, kids are excited especially coming from the north after a long winter. Well surprise, neither of those items work. I called and complained 2 days in a row and finally they said they would send vouchers for an attraction to make up for our disappointment. Okay fine.. but they never sent them. I called back they said they would again send them, once again never sent them. I’m not sure what kind of business practice this is but they suck and should do better. When people drive 12 hours to get to this place it would be great to get what they reserved. #3- There is an ant problem in the kitchen #4- Do not think you’re going to be able to wash dishes/shower and/or use toilet at the same time because the toilets will start gurgling and fill with water. #5-There was no peace and quiet here to at least sit outside and listen to nature with the dilapidated hot tub. It does not work and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since 1985 but the damn motor was running the entire time and never could locate an outlet to unplug it. This place was disappointing for sure on almost every level. The worst part is that nobody even tried to make it right.

Could use some up dating and somethings need to be fixed like the dart board and DVD player

Nice cabin. The location, hot tub, jacuzzi, and pool access were wonderful! We’ve stayed at this resort several times in several different cabins. For the price we paid, I would expect some updated TVs and decently comfortable bedding. The King bed was very uncomfortable, the recliner was super old and dirty looking. The information said there were 2 recliners and there was only one. Without some updates, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Its was great. Clean and peaceful. Couldnt have asked for anything more for what we wanted.

Hot tub water was cold. Couldn't turn temp up because button was worn out. No internet service. Barely any phone service. Dirty around tub & corners of ceilings of showers.
