After we had booked the stay, there was a projected snow storm that was supposed to hit Tennessee. Even if it didn't hit Pigeon Forge,we didn't know if we would be able to get back home because it was projected to be worse there. I contacted the host before our scheduled trip and asked if we got stuck, could we stay extra nights. He assured us the we could. We didn't end up needing to, but it was reassuring to know that it was an option. The cabin was nice and clean with all the usual amenities. And a bonus arcade machine. That was nice since many of the stores and attractions shut down early due to the pending storm. We still had entertainment.

Our check in time was 4 pmWhen we arrived around 5:30 pm, the cabin hadn’t been cleaned. There where several bags of trash on the deck by trash can. The beds still had dirty sheets and all dirty towels where in the tubs in the tubs. The manager was called and he did apologize for this, he contacted a cleaning crew, they came around 7pm we lost our trip to Anakessta , the main reason for our trip, to let grandkids go there for Christmas. They where upset, we went to get tickets for next day they where Sold Out. We had talked and planned this out. It was a big let down.
