My only feedback is there was a water pressure issue where we could only use 1 shower at a time. Management should look into that. The view is peaceful and quiet, though not super private as there is another cabin next door. If you use the fire pit, bring your own dry fire wood and starter sticks. Nonetheless I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s a wonderful place! We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine with cabin except upon arrival we noticed lights weren't working on screened porch contacted management was told a part was on order,later that week I contacted them again and they stated parts had came in and maintenance would be out to fix them but still wasn't fixed when we checked out Saturday morning,We couldn't enjoy the hot tub or screened porch after dark because it was so dark couldn't see if anything was coming up on the deck

Reviewer Comments: Check-in was delayed and when mentioned we were told to expect a delay since it was stated when booking. No accommodations or discount was offered for the inconvenience. We had to call maintenance as we had to lights in the bathroom. Tubs and toilets were dirty, screens on doors were torn, no extra blankets left for pull out couch, pictures of fire pit area very misleading. We had a group of 8 and there was not enough room to seat all of us in the family room. The furniture that was there was crammed in the family room making it difficult to walk around. Dishes were dirty. No baking sheets available; only pots and pans. Silverware set of only 5 available.

The cabin was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all things, the location was perfect. We love staying in Sky Harbor. We had a few issues and they sent someone up to take care of them. The kids loved all the things the cabin had to offer. We had 4 kids 19,18,16,16. Love how it is in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful, the baths in the bedrooms was very nice, and the kids enjoyed the games. The management was professional and came promptly to fix an issue with bathroom lights, that occurred mid stay. However,there were hygiene and cleanness issues. Towels were old and have hair. There was only one toilet paper in each bathroom which was not enough for a big family.The carpet has spots and needs cleaning. We couldn't use the outside area because it was so dirty. It looks like no body has cleaned it for a year. There were spider webs. In addition, there were only one trash bag provided for 6 nights. They should take into consideration the number of nights someone has booked. The air conditioning was not the same for each floor despite us changing the temp.The basement was cold, main floor was normal, and the top was hot. I would also advise the management to add drawers because the closets were extremely small and not suitable for a family who's staying for more than a few days.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Gentleman Jack's for 3 days and encountered several issues during our stay.When we arrived we were given the wrong door code. Not a big deal, we called maintenance and they were able to help.Major issues:1. Ants were a significant problem throughout the property. They were present on every level, and we could not walk around without shoes. On one occasion, I even had ants falling on me while I was asleep. We saw a lot of spiders too, we understand this is the woods. These ants were large and were in showers, floors and ceilings.2. **Theater System**: The theater system did not support newer DVDs, which was disappointing and there was no other options to download movies. This was a significant reason we booked this cabin so not having that information up front was misleading. Additionally, we noticed a DVD missing from the collection (Talladega Nights), though we did not check the others.3. **Shower Heads**: The shower heads provided minimal water pressure, and the showers were dirty. Mildew in drains and showerheads, this made it difficult to shower comfortably.4. **Power Outage**: On our last day and night, there was a power outage. Maintenance was unable to resolve the issue, there were no flashlights or ways to have light. This left us hot, in the dark and uncomfortable.While the amenities at this cabin are great, they were overshadowed with the bugs and lacking quality. This hindered our stay pretty significantly.
