ACROSS FROM LAKEMONT PINES LAKE SLEEPS 16 W/HOT TUB, PET FRIENDLY

We had a wonderful time. the proximity to the lake is amazing. It's not fancy, but it's very comfortable for a big group. Wonderful, clean and homey. Could use more lamps! Some of the rooms are a bit dark.

We had a group of 17, and it was plenty of space for all. We enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. The restrooms were clean as well as the kitchen. Cons: Stinky carpet on the second floor and stairs. Worn out mattresses. One broken bed.One bed smelled like pee. In need of some upgrading.

The location is amazing. There is adequate parking space and a quick 2 minute walk to the lake. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh as well as the fridge and counters. The downstairs area with pool table and table top shuffle board were a hit! It's also a great hang out spot. There is ample space for large groups.The house could use to have the carpets cleaned and a good dusting as well as a hammer and nails on the staircase which is very noisy! I would stay again. Still hoping to retrieve an item that I left behind......

We had limited options as this was a last minute trip. This house seems great for a party house and probably would have been perfect during my college years, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it for a young family. Access to the lake was great and was enjoyable for my kids.The house was well cleaned for what they could do, but maintenance is the bigger issue. The carpets are pretty worn and stained, so having young children in the house, this was not ideal. The bathrooms upstairs are not well maintained either. The first floor is the most up to date part of the house.

A group of friends and I have been renting this place for a guys weekend for a few years now. It's perfect for that: plenty of beds, a great deck, game room, hot tub and location directly across from the pond. Looking forward to next year.

Overall I enjoyed it. There’s plenty of space for a large group. The lake was closed the weekend I was there “ the last week of April” so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake. There is another lake about 4 miles up the road”white pines Lake” big deck for entertainment and eating. The one thing we had an issue with was a clogged drain on the main level bathroom. So the water drained slowly from the sink and shower. I probably could have called the office and I’m sure they would have sent someone out, but I didn’t want to bother them. A couple of cob webs but overall we enjoyed the space and time together. Also the pool sticks had no chalk. But no big deal we enjoyed the hot tub instead. I would recommend it to a friend with a large family or group. We had 16 people in our group and it worked out.

Solid location, nice house, no compliant

So seamless!! Truly had an amazing time. The house was such a great spot for my friends and family. So much space and so cozy. They had the hot tub and fire going when we got there. Management was friendly and accommodated early and late check out. 1000000/10 recommend for large groups!!! Oh and pup friendly :)

We had fun at the property. It was decent. Rooms , towels, sheets were clean. Enough furniture, good furnished kitchen. Check-in process was easy. House is near by lake had kayak and foam-board that we enjoyed a lot. There was no AC but two rooms were cool. Only bedrooms were hot but there were fans in house that helped.
