I contacted evolve several times because I was concerned about the cleanliness of the property-l was told someone was checking out the same day we were checking in and I thought that would have helped our situation.Home is poorly maintained and cold-windows are one pain and froze inside then dripped water everywhere-first night the upstairs bathroom leaked water down to the first floor. Vents are all full of dust and need changing, poor air quality-rugs were dirty in bathrooms and tooth paste splatter on the mirrors and walls-kitchen utensils were put away dirty-we took photos and sent to evolve-we contacted evolve the first night and sent photos- received a text that they would address the leaking bathroom after stay-no response to email and photos-we felt stuck in a dirty house-we attempted to vacuum several times just to get the dirt up, but the vacuum itself was dirty and not working. l would pay more to stay in a clean environment somewhere else. Home is much smaller than the photos appear in listing.

Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time in RMNP! We spent three nights at this cabin and it was the perfect size and location for us. We didn't see any wildlife in the yard, but still had a wonderful time here. Would return again.

We all loved the house. It was clean and cozy with a short drive into the Park. However, i didnt realize there was a camping/rv park right behind the house which was quite noisy. But other than that, we loved the cabin.

You can’t beat the location of this house. The cleanliness is another story however. The house definitely needs to be deep cleaned as there were cobwebs and thick dust in several places. For the cleaning fee you pay I was pretty disappointed in that aspect.

Great location with plenty of amenities. Very accommodating to our family and extended guests for the holiday. Sufficient blankets and cook ware. Bring enough towels for your day activities and showers. Hot water faucet can be tricky.

Wife and I took our son and his wife for a week get away in this great cabin. Excellent location for quick access to RMNP and the city of Grand Lake. Cabin had all needed items for a week away and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to recharge. Enjoyed watching the moose in the backyard several different mornings.

Property worked well for us. Cabin was very cozy for the five of us. Parking was great for us as we had two trucks and two snowmobile trailers. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway and would definitely stay again !

This would have been 5 stars, except that the water quality was very bad. It frankly tastes like dirt and when we filled the tub for our daughter, it was heavily tinted brown. If we had known that going in we would have brought some extra bottled drinking water. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and would stay here again (with several gallons of drinking water in tow).

Cabin was great! Only thing others might want to know is that bedroom and bathroom #3 are not connected like the other two are. If you have 3 couples might be a small bother but for our two couples couldn’t have been better! Super close to RMNP and cute little town of Grand Lake. Be sure to make timed entry reservations to RMNP. This was perfect time to see leaves beginning to change and to see and hear some real elk action at the park! Thinking of making this an annual trip!

We just returned from Grand Lake. We were 6 with our grown children and their spouses. The house was perfect for us. The space was large and clean. We did have an issue with one bathroom sink that would not drain and it was difficult to get hold of the owners, so we couldn't really use that sink. We did see several moose, who ambled through the yard on a few occasions. It was impressive.

We will be talking about this vacation for years to come. We visited before Memorial Day - before tourist season - and we were treated to moose in the yard and in the field across from the cabin the entire week. I have never seen so many moose. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It was clean and we loved the location. Emma was welcoming and responsive. The little nearby town had cute shops and restaurants. Some days we went to Rocky Mountain National Park to hike and other days we just walked around near the cabin. We saw large elk herds multiple times. But oh the moose! I’m an amateur wildlife photographer so this was a dream come true. I’m told the moose aren’t that close once tourists arrive but we were so lucky to experience them up close and personal.
