Stayed May 26, 2023I’ve stayed in several cabins in the Gatlinburg area, and this by far was the greatest experience! The first thing I noticed when walking inside, was how new the laminate or hardwood floors looked and how clean and modern everything was. And then as you make your way towards the luxury kitchen which has stainless steal cookware and an absolute abundance of every luxury utensil you need, you see the amazing mountain views which are breathtaking and unparalleled through the floor to high ceiling windows! I honestly don’t know how you would get better scenery than from this cabin. You are just surrounded by a wide span of huge, up close, beautiful mountains from your very private decks. The fire pit on the lower deck was a favorite as well. The theatre on the lower level is top notch with surround sound speakers built in the wall, and a subwoofer on the floor. It has a touch screen remote with a ginormous 80 inch(I’m guessing) Sony TV. Couldn’t get cable downstairs, however the Blu Ray player works great and many streaming options and movies to purchase. The electronic theatre recliners with built in blue lighting were the most comfortable seats I’ve ever sat in- not even exaggerating! And there is a very cool soft and low lighting option with multiple ceiling fan options on a separate wall control. The owner just replaced the king mattress the week we arrived, so it was very comfortable. All GE appliances seemed newer with full size washer/dryer. This cabin is worth it!!!

Stayed Feb 18, 2023Very peaceful and scenic location close to town. All we needed to prepare our own meals and relax in the hot tub. Only thing lacking was a dresser for our clothes!

Stayed Nov 27, 2019We had high hopes for a great vacation. We went to the house to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had been advertised as having a “gourmet” kitchen but had only pots and pans that were scratched up and basic utensils. We had to purchase multiple items to make the Thanksgiving meal...which is not technically gourmet. The house In general has a great view but if you look through the windows - you will see fingerprints and grime as the light comes through...walking through the bathrooms - our tub in the master room still had hair in it that I had to clean myself. The lack of comfort you would expect in the furniture - namely the upstairs couch that would swallow you alive did not provide a lot of options inside to sit down and enjoy the fireplace. The home is advertised to sleep 6 and we were five. The sleeping accommodations include two pull out sofa with very thin mattresses that would not be described as comfortable to get a good night sleep. This coupled with a inefficient heating system that warmed the upstairs but left the downstairs freezing meant we should have enough blankets but the ones they had were very thin and short - so that my 17 year old son could barely cover his feet. The pillows were torn with stuffing coming out and very thin. The throw pillows from the couch were torn as well. The TVs we’re huge but unfortunately the downstairs room with comfortable chairs to watch tv - did not offer cable - it was only available upstairs with the couch that would swallow you up. The phone calls to the Amazing views team - were frustrating to say the least as they did not call us back after repeated calls and when they did they made us feel like we were bugging them to get heat, blankets, pillows, etc... What is worse when calling them they used words like darling and sweetie in condescending tones like we just don’t understand how this works. they did eventually at the end of our stay - send a kind maintenance man over who confirmed that these houses are being built quickly and that is probably why the heating system did not work. We asked for a discount from amazing views and they clearly denied the request - my question is that if you spend $$$$ night - should we not have basic things like blankets and pillows - yet alone heat as well as a clean space to live.

Stayed Sep 21, 2019Our stay could not have been more perfect! Everything in the cabin was new, high quality and well-maintained. Kitchen had all we needed and we cooked most of our meals there. We’ve rented several nice cabins in Gatlinburg and this is by far our favorite....located in Arts & Crafts community and close to the grocery store and National Park, but far enough away for a peaceful, amazing view! We highly recommend this cabin .... shhh .... we hope to return again soon!!
