Excellent stay

Amything i needed they had. Couldn't figure out how to turn down the temperature of the hot tub but that was the only thing i could find that wasnt perfect.

Wonderful

The cabin was inviting. The rental company made everything easy. We would definitely stay there again. So glad people are willing to open their homes to strangers.

We loved the place. Very clean, comfortable, stocked well. Hope to come back.The fan in the bedroom (main floor) rocked a bit. The blue head rest in the hottub come off easily ( right aide)Small black or maybe wet spot in the bathroom ceiling downstairs.

Great location, close to town, but far enough that you felt like you could relax. Plenty of space. Clean. Hot tub worked great. Deer and chipmunks wandering around the property. I would stay again!

It was wonderful and inviting. I wish the 3rd story bedroom’s bed was either a queen or pushed closer to door. 15 minutes after I warned my friend that I should sleep on the right side, because she would hit her head on the rafter, I did !! lol Which left me with a beautiful black eye. My own fault. The place was better than perfect.

It was perfect for 3 families.My daughter was on the top floor, Son and his wife on the main floor, then my husband and I had the basement to ourselves.

Amazing cabin! It was cozy and yet quite spacious; has pretty much all the basics included! Great destination.

The cabin was wonderful! There was lots of room, it was well stocked, everything worked and the labels were very helpful. It couldn’t have been any better!

It's the perfect mountain getaway.. Kitchen is well appointed, and beds comfortable. I wouldn't consider the lake view to be the best, but the trees surrounding the cabin created a beautiful view,.non the less. Furniture was comfortable for hanging out, and real fireplace enhanced the vibe.

Great spot for family getaway

Wonderful! 10/10 recommend. A little warm in July without AC but we got used to it after the first day. Perfect house, quiet, very well stocked and labeled. Best vacation house we have been to! Especially if you like the cabin vibe.

First of all, the cabin is beautiful, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. BUT...BEWARE IF RENTING IN THE HEAT OF THE SUMMER...THERE IS NO A/C!!! It is my fault that if did not notice that while planning our stay. I did not realize it until the email from rental company that came a few days before our trip. Nights were miserable due to the heat, especially on bottom and top floors. This would be an amazing home to rent in the winter, spring and fall. Other than the temp, the cabin is amazing!

Went for a long weekend and enjoyed this cabin. Clean and well equipped. Perfectly located between Boone Golf Club and Mountain Glen Golf Course. Both nice tracks. Would rent again.

I definitely do NOT recommend this cabin!First, read the full description because the cabin has no AC. It was very hot and humid in the cabin, even with ceiling fans on and blinds closed. We even tried opening screened windows and doors (per owner’s suggestion) and it did not cool off. Temps reached 87 degrees in the bedrooms, which is absolutely not healthy! Some of the ceiling fans could not be put on high because they were so loud and rickety. One fan was still on winter setting and the blades were the wrong way. One of my kids got heat sickness and was frequently nauseous and throwing up. The owner even knew my kid had heat sickness, and didn’t even have the decency to respond when she found out. How kind…not!Secondly, the beds are super uncomfortable and hard, and pillows have zero support. Our four night stay was the most uncomfortable sleep of my life (and I’ve been a camp counselor and slept in the mountains with just a sleeping bag). Next there were multiple spiderwebs in the rooms that had to be knocked down.Also, neither the owners of the cabin, nor the rental company who manages the property were helpful. They offered apologies, but no solutions. They could have offered a discount, a gift certificate, anything to help. Now it is on me for not seeing there was no AC, but everything else, that’s on them. Make your home comfortable and inviting, provide solutions, be kind, and people will return. The lack of care for customers was very disappointing!

The property was clean, there were instruction or reminder cards throughput the house to help you navigate or how to work something. We really enjoyed our stay here.

House was exactly as pictured and described. Lots of room for our party of 5! Hot tub was amazing, enjoyed the pool table, and fishing in the pond was fun for the kids! Very clean and well stocked for whatever you may need during your stay! Would recommend and definitely stay again!

My children are spread across the SE mid-atlantic, so we found this as a central location. It was great for our adult children to hang out, play pool, have space, and spend time together.

Everything was as promised. The house is wonderful, very well equipped and clean. The hot tub is a treat and the view off the back deck is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway for our anniversary. And boy this place met all of our expectations. It was bigger than we needed but had all of the amenities that we were looking for. We will definitely be back and maybe bring our friends or family.

Went on a boys trip to sugar. Mountains and restaurants are close, house is very spacious, great view from hot tub, and pool table was awesome. Will definitely be coming back.

As we arrived at the property, snow began falling and it was absolutely beautiful. The pond behind the house was out of a picture book. Breathtaking! We loved the coziness of the house. It had every bit of the nostalgic cabin flare and no modern boring sterile decor. LOVED IT!

No issues, great place and they even allowed us to check in early!!

This property is very comfortable and has sufficient room for friends or family. We had some of each visit at different times during our month-long stay. The cabin is very nicely furnished and has every kitchen tool anyone could want. The hot tub is new and was quite a joy after golf. Our guests had nothing but compliments for the property and we couldn't agree more.
