7 Mi to Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park: Grand Lake Home!

Lovely home, well equipped, perfect location to visit RMNP, Grand Lake, and trails. Safe neighborhood, clean and fun. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The home is spacious for a large group and room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, we loved that items were still in the fridge that could be used such as condiments. We joked that you could make Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with how well stocked it was! The home was very clean and comfortable. My son is highly allergic to dogs and we rarely get a vacation where he doesn't sneeze or sniffle the entire time due to dogs being allowed. But not this time! He was totally allergy free and it was a blessing! The outdoor space was everyone's favorite place to be, sitting around the campfire. Great provided seating and outdoor games. The nighttime skies are incredible, full of stars! Virtually no light pollution. The home is so close to the marinas if you're wanting to rent a boat or you can find tons of areas to fish minutes away from the home. Don't forget the game room in the garage, the kiddos and adults all had a blast taking turns on the pool table and air hockey table. Overall a wonderful home, the only negative I'd have to say is 2 bathrooms was tough for a large group of adults but we made it work plus the bathrooms are very spacious! I would book this cabin again in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable family vacation!!

Terrific stay at this beautiful peaceful home with wonderful view of Grand Lake and mountains while being in a wooded setting with wildlife and privacy. Our family loved the location and took in RMNP, Grand Lake, Grandby, Winter Park and BHS’s many hikes. Kitchen well appointed! Thank you!

We had an amazing time with friends staying at this property in Grand Lake. The house is very spacious and well kept, giving you the mountain/cabin feel while staying modern and updated enough to be comfortable. I was impressed with how well stocked it was, especially in the kitchen area, and we were able to cook multiple meals effortlessly. The views are wonderful and you can see Grand Lake from the living room windows or yard. We had elk visitors multiple mornings during our visit, which was also a treat! It’s only a a quick drive to RMNP’s western entrance, and there are plenty of other hikes and walks nearby as well. It is also well placed in the sense that downtown Grand Lake (which is super cute with tons of shopping and restaurants) is a short drive as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious for our family to spread out. We enjoy all the amenities at the house, we actually didn't have time to do everything. Well stocked and clean home. Enjoyed our second stay.

Property was amazing. Beautiful scenery, great house and good location. It was very well stocked with all the cookware you could possibly need. The privacy was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the property manager was timely and all our questions were immediately answered. We would highly recommend this to others. By far the nicest VRBO we have stayed at.

We found this home to be very nice. Spectacular view, well stocked kitchen but only a small pantry for our supplies, all other cabinets were full. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. We could not find sheets for the hide a bed or the trundles though so make sure you ask about those if you are going to need them. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the three different game tables and gaming systems. The home’s location is very convenient to all lakes, many trails, and the National Park. Our family would highly recommend this home!!

We loved the secluded location, walk down the road to a small quiet beach, and short drive to Grand Lake. The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything two families with kids could need. We played games, did puzzles, and had a campfire. Will definitely come back!

This was the perfect property for our group of family & friends to stay for our vacation weekend! Beautiful views of the Lake Granby. The listing states it’s a short 10 minute walk to the lake but it’s all uphill on the way back so I wouldn’t recommend it. However, there is plenty of parking by the lake access area close to the home! The lack of AC is well made up for from the surplus of tower fans they have provided in each and every room! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with so many pots, pans, and everything you could possibly need. Regular coffee pot & keurig. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit that had plenty of seating, and they provided lots of firewood for us to use! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return again!
