Definitely could use some updates- carpet is old and nasty, outside steps need anti slip protection, hot tube jets did not turn off- need hand soap at bathroom sinks- needs long mirrors on doors, needs a blow dryer and hooks for towels

The property was pretty. However the two beds upstairs had hair all over the bedding-looked like it had not been changed from other guests. We had to call for new sheets. The smell of sewer was very strong in bathrooms and outside. It looked as though the sewer was overflowing. The smell was very powerful-it was a shame for such a nice place. The “theatre room” was very outdated. The TVs were old and you could not stream. There were also multiple remotes to each TV. Very confusing and not easy to navigate. The carpets were old and needed replaced. There was even carpet in the kitchen which all felt very dingy. The property could be very nice if it were updated a bit. For the price we paid-it would have been nice to have all the sheets clean.

We had an amazing trip with our family of 15! The cabin was wonderful. Everybody had their own space! Our gathering place was in the main living and the kitchen/dining area! The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room. The maintenance department was called for a heat problem in an upstairs bedroom, the dryer didn’t work and some blinds and rods were breaking. The main concern was the oven. I saw a review that it didn’t heat properly and it was still not repaired. We had to throw away 2 dishes that didn’t cook because of a part that needed to be replaced. They were both expensive ingredients ?overall the place and nice and Eden crest was great!

The giant screen theater room was used every night. Same with the hot tub overlooking the Smokys. It was nice to have an actual grill and not the little charcoal one that other cabins have too.

The house is in a crowded area with no yard, no fire pit, no fun. Light bulbs were out, grill gas tank was empty, regulator was broken so our full tank would not work. Drive up to house is difficult with no guard rails. The curtain rods are flimsy and fall down, shades in bedroom don’t work. Overall a big disappointment.

This home was truly fabulous. We had 14 adults staying for a long weekend to celebrate a family birthday. The rooms were exactly as pictured with king beds and very large bathrooms. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. I truly can not say enough positive things about this home and the management company that supports renters. I had a few questions here and there via text which were responded to very quickly with clear answers. I would stay here again with no hesitation!

Beautiful area and immaculate cabin. Our large group (old war buddy Marines and our families) enjoyed the hot tub, community pool, game room, and Uber Eats delivery. Had daily (and nightly) black bear visits, but we adhered to the posted rules and safety was not a concern. Plenty to do in nearby Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Would highly recommend.

The Pros: The cabin was large. The bathrooms attached to the bedrooms were huge. The unit was clean, check-in was easy and the cabin was as expected. We had 16 people from ages 8-75 and everyone had space and enjoyed the cabin. A few drawbacks for me, the oven. It would not heat up and when it did, it took forever. We did not reach out about this because honestly, it was too late when we realized the issue. And the drive up to the cabin itself was nerve racking for me but not for the others in my group. However, the cabin is a long drive from PF activities. The mileage makes it seem close but everything was at least a 30 minute drive with the winding roads. Additionally, we were told the pool closed at 9, it closed at 6 (really early for the summer), which made it very crowded. Also, there were no fishing poles for rent.

This property was amazing for our family reunion. All adults got a private room with king size bed and direct access to bathrooms. The game room upstairs was great entertainment for all ages in our group. The theater room ended up being great for cousin sleepovers.

I didn't give this 5 stars across the board because the home needs quite a bit of maintenance. Not everything worked as it should have and some of the furnishings need to be replaced. Aside from that everything was perfect. We had 4 couples and a teenager staying there. More than enough room for everyone. Very nice views from the 3 balconies. We spent a lot of time on the main level balcony. The top balcony had the best view. The home was super clean. Comfortable beds. I liked how 4 of the 6 bedrooms had private bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. My favorite room was the theatre, though the TV is old and needs a modern Roku instead of the built-in apps. We saw some bears walking around. They didn't seem too concerned about people. There is an old gravel road that runs very near the home. It served as a challenging makeshift hiking trail. I had never stayed in this area of the Smokies before, but it was great. 13 minutes to the park itself and about 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Wears Valley has a few shops and restaurants, but is generally very quiet and sparse.

The house was lovely and large enough for our party of 8 to feel they had plenty of room. Everyone loved their own bedrooms and bathroom on suite. The bath tubs were great. I used mine daily. The decks and views were beautiful. The game room was nice but the pool table only had one functional stick. The hockey table had a black puck that didn’t slide well and the arcade game had joy stick difficulties. Most of us spent time on the decks and enjoyed the hot tub every evening. We are a family of foodies so we cooked at the house every meal but one. The kitchen did an adequate job but the oven had a hard time getting up to temperatures we needed for some foods. We ate at the large dining room table every night family style. We all enjoyed that. The biggest highlights were that our frenchies could come and they had a blast. We love our four legged family and they enjoyed our vacation as much as we did.. We will be back again next year!!!! We did see a mama black bear with two newborn cubs down the street from the house. We kept our distance but enjoyed seeing them.
