This was our second visit to this cabin. While it was great the first time, we noted a few minor issues in our review. A year later we returned (told you it was great the first time....)... All the issues were addressed beautifully. We had one incident this time where the dishwasher appeared to have run without washing dishes. When we reported it, a technician arrived in a couple of hours. It turns out that it was a 1-off event. When checked the dishwasher worked fine and we never had another issue with it in our 6 day stay. I was impressed with the very quick response to our problem. We had a party of 16, and never felt crowded. If I vacation in the area again, I will try to stay here again.

My daughter and her fiance were married at a wedding venue close by. We chose Rebel Retreat so everyone would be together. It suited our needs perfect. A suggestion to make it perfect would be to put mirrors in each bedroom and a full length mirror on the main floor at the end of the hall. It was hard getting ready for the wedding and trying to see if you looked ok. Another issue we had was parking. With the cabin being able to sleep 24 people, parking was difficult. Over all though, it was great. Would definitely recommend.

The property is conveniently located near Dollywood, which was a plus. However, the cabin felt quite dated, and the amenities left a lot to be desired. One major concern was the parking area — it has a steep drop into the woods with no fence, which felt unsafe, especially with small children around.

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

This cabin worked well for our trip to Gatlinburg with our church's youth group. If you book this cabin, please note that the twin bunk beds are no longer in a separate room (as shown in the pictures), they have been moved to the game room in the basement. This was an issue for us. Also, the kitchen has very few items to cook with, so if you plan to cook meals here it would be best to bring whatever you will need to cook with. Overall it was a nice cabin.

There are some nice things about the property, but they are few. The upstairs living room is nice and kitchen is ok. BUT THATS IT!!!The rest of the house is very dated. The pictures haven't been updated in a while and I felt deceived the moment I stepped foot in. Don't be fooled!! There are much better options. Trust me, I've rented over 20 places in the Gatlinburg area and you can do MUCH better. The view is not good nor is the neighborhood. The pool table is scuffed and balls are missing. The air hockey table barely works. The foosball table is so old it makes a terrible squeal when trying to play. Half of the theater chairs are good, the rest are worn. The pictures make everything look great, but it's not. There is a huge chunk of driveway missing. Yeah, that also isn't in the pictures. Because it rained, the huge canyon in the driveway caused the entire thing to be muddy and 13 people's shoes to be muddy as well. There was no propane in the gas grill and when we did get it to work we found out it was dated and not working great. The beds are so old and lumpy every adult was complaining of sore necks and backs. Little sleep was achieved in 3 nights. Bottom line, avoid this property. It is not worth the price. The pics are not accurate despite what some say in previous reviews. Also, avoid anything Eden Crest. They provide little to no help and you don't have the benefit of speaking directly to the owner.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The house met our expectations based on the description. The kids had a blast in the downstairs play room and theater room. I would definitely stay again. We had 18 total people in out group and there was plenty of space and got water. The road is a little steep getting up to the house as well as the eway but manageable with 2WD.

It was the perfect house for my children and their families. Plenty of things for all ages to do at the house and nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could have been a problem was the parking but we were able to figure that out pretty quickly. And the master bathroom didn’t have the toiletries in it that the other bathrooms had. I think it probably was an oversight by housekeeping. Great Family Trip.

Terrible! Floors were filthy, beds were worn out, the view was minimal, kitchen tiles were broken with sharp edges!Water flooded the ground floor on day 1 after showering and a plumber was called. We were told to evacuate due to the condition. No other place available for us!!!! 16 people had no place to go!!! A nightmare! Will not recommend!

Awesome place very big and spacious plenty of room. But what I loved most is it only five minutes from the parkway. Very convenient to all attractions and restaurants.

We had a great time on our vacation and the cabin was an important part. It matched the online description very well. There were a couple of issues but they are to be expected with rental cabins, I think. All of the issues are related to maintenance of the property. 1. There was one master bedroom (private bathroom). The TV was broken, we reported it, but it was not fixed during our stay. The mattress in that bedroom was not very comfortable. My had an extra bedroom and we switched to that for our stay, but if our entire party had been able to come it would have been very inconvenient. 2. The cabin was two story, the inner stairway is steep, but that is fine, the only issue is that the rubber strips at the edges of the steps are raised and loose. It could be a tripping hazard. (My wife tripped, but, fortunately, was not hurt). 3. We were at the cabin for 8 days, there were things such as toilet paper, shampoo, etc, but they were only sufficient for a 2-3 day stay. We were surprised by that, but it is not a big deal. While I have described a few issues, so that the owners will be aware, I would rent this again. Overall, it was a very nice cabin and the entire process of renting, checking in and out was pretty painless.
