Stayed here for 2 nights out of our booked 7 due to a bad winter storm that dumped 12 to 18 inches of snow just after we left. Hearing the forecast we were very concerned about the potential for power outages that owner told us could last 1-2 days, and the half mile, single lane access road... steep with bends and drop offs. In ice and snow it could be dangerous. Worried that we would be trapped for days.PROS: * Downstairs master bed very comfortable* Bedroom black out blinds* Powered recliners in living room* Owner responded quickly to messages but only offered advice and told us re possible power outage - fill the bath tub and sleep upstairs (but I can't do stairs).CONS:* Heating in downstairs master bathroom, enclosed toilet and closet was very inadequate - 1 central heat vent. It was cold!* One of the worst supplied vacation rentals we have stayed in. No cleaning supplies, no hangers, very basic kitchen-ware. We bought flashlights, clothes hangers, an electric heater, a propane camping stove and propane canisters, spare batteries for the gas fire igniter, jugs of water, 409 cleaner.* Upstairs master bed: no closet or chests to store clothes* Access road in winter IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGE in Winter:Only heat is gas fire in the living room - which is on a 1 hour timer.Only cooking facility would be the very basic charcoal grill which was a little way from the house.House book says they provide no flashlights.There would be no water - as on well.

This is a great place to stay. Its location is perfect as its right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so getting to either spot is easy. The views from the house are excellent! The house itself is wonderful. It has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were plentiful. Plenty of places to hang out as a family either on the deck or in the family room. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect spot for hiking in the Smokies, visiting Gatlinburg and Townsend. I can't say enough about the cabin. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything. Loved the large kitchen table for our meals. Saw many bears and turkeys. And the view was so beautiful. It was perfect.

Our group consisted of 11 people ages 4-65 and this property had enough space for us all to enjoy a relaxing, Smoky Mt. getaway. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and eating several meals around the giant table with breathtaking views—there really was no need to leave! When we did venture out to the park, it was such an easy drive (fantastic location!), and when we came back, there were more than enough showers and two washers and dryers for us to clean up quickly. One of our favorite parts of this rental was the seclusion, which led to panoramic starry sky views without light pollution and, a gorgeous display of fireflies in the forest all around us. Everyone enjoyed the Star Wars pinball game and air hockey. The host responded almost immediately to any questions we had and was very accommodating. Do not hesitate to book your next stay here!

The house has everything as expected and even more. The view is awesome. Clean, comfortable, and roomy. The convenience of being between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was perfect. The property manager was great to deal with.

This beautiful house was home to 4 generations of our family, 12 people total, celebrating our 45 th wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for time spent between Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain National Park. The kids loved the bunk room while the adults loved having king size beds and almost everyone having their own bathroom. The view of the mountains from the deck was stunning. The hot tub was put to great use by both kids and grandkids. There was lots of space to spread out but also a great dining table, which seats 14, at which to gather together. Sadly we ran out of time before we could enjoy the fire pit. Maybe we can come again. .

I can't say enough about this property. It is well appointed, clean, comfy, private, has a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains and was just what our family was looking for. Situated perfectly for easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and numerous hiking trails, it is the perfect location for visiting Smoky Mountains National Park. The property owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed every second of our stay!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Great location to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg, great size and space for everyone to be together. The only suggestion a family member had was a runner on the stairs, as the wood can be a little slippery with socks on. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week of activities and an enjoyable stay at the cabin.

This house was everything we expected and more. There was plenty of space for our family. The game room was a big hit. Even for the adults. It felt very cozy and inviting. The view from the deck was breathtaking especially at sunset. The location was perfect. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We look forward to visiting again.

Great cabin and amazing location. Close to Gatlinburg attractions and Pigeon Forge. Other than some minor cosmetic issues (which did not affect our stay) we had a great time. We would return to this cabin.

The cabin was very conveniently located and very comfortable for our family gathering of 9 people. The host was was excellent at communicating with us and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

Home amazing inside an out amazing view an has a Bear come bye to say Hello.

Views were awesome. Hot tub felt good after our long hikes. Needed chemicals but couldn’t locate any to put in container. Owner was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. When he came to check on air conditioning he actually brought a goodie box of kitchen supplies.. We put the griddle to good use. Even the friendly black bear came and we watched him eat the apples off the tree. Our family took home some wonderful memories from our stay at the cabin. Highly recommend..

This house was perfect for our vacation with our six kids and spouses/girlfriends. Lots of beds to accommodate everyone. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Completely secluded. We enjoyed the view from the huge dining room table and the deck. Location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park.

We had a great time. The cabin provided plenty of room for our family vacation. It was remote, but close to everything that we wanted to do during the week.
