The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in a brand-new development, The Forge Cabins and Cottages, right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. With thoughtful aesthetics and unbeatable proximity to Dollywood and the Parkway, you’ll also be close to multiple entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within a few minutes.

Getting Around:

This cabin is extremely easy to reach. Located right off the Parkway on flat, paved city roads, it's accessible for all vehicles. We recommend 4x4 drive only if traveling through mountainous areas or during winter weather. There are two paved parking spots available for the cabin.

Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum

• Parking for 2 vehicles maximum

• Located on flat, paved roads for easy access year-round

• 4x4 recommended only for mountain travel or snowy weather

• Electric fireplace is seasonal (operates October–March, weather dependent)

• Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker — bring your own coffee

• Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent

• Preferred method of contact is through the website messenger. Guests agree to use this method, even if messages are sent elsewhere

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Interaction with Guests:

The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

The house is beautiful and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the kitchen isn’t stocked very well for cooking. No oven mitts or hot pads.

Floors dirty, shower liner ripped, batteries in remotes were dead and no blinds in top window. Street lights shined in all night long and when people would pull into the apartments up on the hill at night would shine into the upstairs bedroom . No privacy at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad experience for a 50th wedding anniversary !!!!!!!!! Have photos!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The property is modern with a cabin feel. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, we loved the upstairs bedroom/loft and it was nice having 2 full size bathrooms/showers. More than enough room for 2! It is a brand new property so you can’t go wrong. Great location! You’re are just minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge you could literally walk to the Old Mill Restaurant. We will definitely stay again but next time bring some friends!
