5 Mi to Dtwn Asheville: Tranquil Cabin Retreat!

Excellent location. Nice quiet area . Close to downtown. Nice home. Love the back deck.

It was an amazing stay and we loved sitting out on the porch enjoying the view.

Overall a great place to stay and visit. Clean, close access to downtown and Biltmore Estate. Felt dark inside, lighting could be a little better. Would stay here again

They place is beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous….. beds are very comfortable The mildew musty odors were very strong but all in all we had a wonderful stay

We had a nice stay here, but I would say overall, we were disappointed with the property in relation to how much it cost. The photos make it look very bright and cheery inside, but it’s actually very dark, even with the blinds pulled all the way up on a bright, sunny day. The TV in the one bedroom wouldn’t turn on. A lamp in that same room also wouldn’t turn on, making it even harder to see in an already very dark room. The sink and shower/tub in the en-suite bathroom weren’t draining properly. Unfortunately, the property was not worth the amount of money we paid. If the issues I mentioned were addressed, it would be a better value.What was good: We enjoyed the big back porch with lots of seating (note: you won’t have a spectacular view in the summertime because of the full trees, but it’s still very nice to sit out there, and you can hear cows down in the field below which is fun). There’s an additional, closed-in little porch off the main bedroom, and the other bedroom walks out onto the big wrap-around porch in the back. It was a good location, pretty close to downtown Asheville (15 min) and places to hike in the area, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway (20-25 min). The host was responsive and kind.

The house was great! The only thing that was a problem is that the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

It was exactly as it shown in listing. A family of 4 enjoyed it staying in here. Contact person was very responsive. Living sofa may needs to be replaced. Other than this it was quiet and relaxing. We will stay again if we go again.

The cabin was perfect! The location is minutes from downtown and maybe 15 from the Biltmore Estate. Coffee on the deck in the morning for a beautiful view and a soak in the hot tub in the evening to round out the day! We had our dog and cat with us, and they seemed right at home.

I had 16 hours of power, water and internet........for a 4 evening weekend that should've offered 91 hours of lights/power/internet. Very disappointed that the owner.manager failed to reach out to me during......I did reach out to her last Sunday and she was able to respond to me, but no follow up until I received the disappointed response that I finally received this morning.

Civ web's inside the house, view from pictures was deceiving, tv in the master bedroom did not work, and did not go above and beyond to make this place stand out from others

Cute, cozy cabin that was far enough away from everything to pretend like you’re alone in a cabin in the woods, but close enough to enjoy all of Asheville. We enjoyed our stay!
