Beautiful modern home in new development. Great location. Although game room not even a deck of cards for card table. Also had leaking in master bedroom on main from rain. Host was attentive and tried to prevent icing in winter.

The house was AMAZING!! The pics were absolutely correct..beautiful home!! Customer service was great as well.

It was not clean, most bed sheets had hair from previous people imbedded into the sheets. There were coffee stains and spills in the kitchen. Most towel racks were on the verge of falling off the wall. The main bedroom downstairs will hear the vibration of the hot tub upstairs and there were no instructions on how to turn it off. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extras to be found. All the bath rooms had no body wash. The home seemed poorly insulated; when standing near doors and windows that open, you can feel the temperature outside even though it is closed and sealed. As stated, a great stay but plenty of small issues that were frustrating to deal with.

We take this trip every year around this same and we go to Dollywood to see all the Christmas decor and get in the spirit. The only complaint I have about the property was that there was not a Christmas tree or any Christmas decor. Like I said, we take this trip every year at this time and this is the first location we have stayed at without a Christmas tree. Just a small suggestion but overall we loved the place.

The area was great. The accommodations were really cute! Beds were comfy. Game room was nice for kids. However, the first night the hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, and ice maker were not working. We were told it could take 8-12 hours for the hot tub to warm up and that there was a work order to fix fireplace. It wouldn’t be working during our stay. The unit wasn’t available until 4:25, which made us late for dinner reservations. There were no tickets for area attractions as advertised.There was lots of new construction going on around us, so views were not great. We would come back to Reedmont…just not this unit. We highly recommend you read the rental agreement!

Beautiful cabin with picturesque views. Plenty of amenities to accommodate everyone. Very close to everything. Would definitely recommend and we will all plan to stay again.

Everything was clean and beautiful! The location is very close to town, so it makes travel easy. The down stairs game room was super fun- my family had a good time. The only issue we had was with the nearby homes loudly partying until 3 am.

Everything was great!! The only complaint I have, the a/c didn't keep up. They only have 2 a/c units for this home. One for the basement and first floor and one for upstairs. Upstairs stayed cool but the first floor and basement struggled. In fairness it was extremely hot outside. In all very please with my stay.

Our family came to Tennessee to attend graduation and stayed for a long weekend. The house checked all the boxes we were looking for in a rental. The trip to UTK was about 40 minutes and we were also close to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg to do some fun family activities. We were even able to go catch a wonderful sunset together in the smokies. Communication with the agency was great they even called to check in that everything was going well. Kitchen was well equipped, multiple master bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The top deck was a great place to hang out and use the hot tub. The theater room and game room were a definite plus for our family to enjoy time together. We had family dinners both inside and out on the middle deck and enjoyed the lower level fire pit in the evening. Entire house was very clean, no issues at all. The resort area is still being constructed but that didn't impact our experience. One window did have some water leak during a very heavy rainstorm and we reported this to the rental office for them to address. We will try to use this same rental for our next UTK graduation.

This was trip to celebrate my girls 6th birthday with family and everyone raved about how nice it was. We spent the day at the indoor water park at Wilderness at the Smokies. It’s only 5 minutes away.

Loved this place! It was beautifully decorated, clean and perfect for our family spring break getaway, 11 of us in total. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and we enjoyed using the grill. Perfectly located about 30 mins from Dollywood and other attractions.

Beautiful new house. Had a few kinks to work out since it was new. New area so a lot of construction going on around.
