Stayed Dec 26, 2025This house exceeded our expectations. I was beautiful and very clean. Every amenity that you could ever want in a property. The property is just a couple of min from everything Sevierville. I communicated several times with the property owner and got almost an immediate response. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The swimming pool in the hot tub were incredible. The amenities in the house, the decor, the cleanliness were impeccable! We enjoyed the miniature golf! The resort itself was spectacular. We hope to come back!

Stayed Nov 22, 2025We enjoyed this home so much! The kitchen was well stocked to cook and even had a crock pot and spice rack. We enjoyed chili one evening after hiking and fishing all day. Everything in the game room worked like a charm and there was so much to do! We had 4 children with us and they had a blast! The pool and hot tub was a hit as well. The provided pool towels were such a great addition. Hopefully we will be back again next year to enjoy this beautiful home again!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Wonderful house for our family group of 12! Between the indoor pool, hot tub, numerous electronic games (PlayStation, arcade style games), TV’s everywhere, theatre room with popcorn maker and karaoke, it was hard to get the kids to leave the house. And the host, Chris, would respond immediately to any question I had. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We had a great long weekend here. We had 8 adults and 5 children ranging from 9-1. Everyone had a great time. The older kids weren’t ready to leave. The house itself had plenty to do if the weather didn’t cooperate. Luckily we had great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the shared water park area as well. Chris was great with his communication, we had two babies so needed to make sure we brought whatever wasn’t provided already. There was still some construction going on while we were there but it wasn’t noisy and didn’t disturb us while we were there. The hill to waterpark is steep but there was plenty of parking available at the time of our stay.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025This cabin is amazing! The waterpark down the hill is awesome! The pool in the cabin was our favorite part! The pool room is also so big and has comfortable chairs to sit in so everybody can enjoy themselves together! I love the fact that it has a swing that I could relax in on the porch! The host is very kind and easy to contact! Everybody should have a week at this cabin to just relax and be happy and have some peace!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The house is amazing, my kids loved the indoor pool and movie theater- Chris checked in on us and super responsive to any questions—my only complaint is that there was not any “starter” detergent, dishwasher detergent , trash bags which was annoying due to the fact you can’t check in until 4pm so grab before checkin or plan to be driving around at 7pm to find a trash bag!

Stayed May 10, 2025This property was a great choice! It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and super spacious. All of the bedrooms have bathrooms, which was super convenient for the multiple couples. The indoor pool and hot tub was clean, which was great. We felt very comfortable staying at this property. I would give it a 9/10. We had an issue with the washer failing to spin properly, so washing laundry was challenging, but other than that, everything was perfect. The community also has an outdoor movie theater, tennis court, outdoor pool, and mini golf. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We vacationed here for spring break with our entire family! 15 of us total, wide range of ages, adults to school aged kiddos with teens as well. House was clean, fully equipped and exactly as described in the listing. Pool and spa were well kept and we enjoyed using these amenities. The community area with lazy river and pools, holy cow! Beautiful and staff was friendly and very helpful. Kids loved every minute of the resort-like pool area within the community. Home was in a fantastic location super super quick and easy to get places. Only downfall is right now it’s a construction zone… however that won’t be for long! Construction workers were careful and courteous knowing families were staying and on vacation. Overall great place and great location. Beautiful home, highly recommend especially for the resort-like amenities at the community center! Thank you for sharing your Smoky Dream with us!

Stayed Dec 13, 2024We had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The host was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. The accommodations were perfect for our group of four families, with plenty of space, comfortable rooms, and all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to Dollywood and close to many great restaurants and entertainment options. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
