The only issue that we experienced was insufficient dishwasher tabs and hand soap. We cooked almost all of the meals at the cabin. This was the best, well stocked kitchen that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had a wonderful supply of pots/pans/dishes/blender/cutting boards and cookie sheets. I wasn't expecting waxed paper or aluminum foil. The home owner also contacted me regarding a fireplace question. Great stay! We would stay again. Steep driveway but that is to be expected.

The stay was wonderful. Cabin was wonderful but, the steepness of the mountain was frightening. The cabin was easily a 10. We still had a ball in spite of the mountain.

This cabin is beautiful and perfect for our week long family vacation. My 8 year old son loved playing pool and seeing the bears walk up and down the hill. If you like nature and quiet you will love this cabin. The inside has the cabin ambience and very modern. Very easy check in and check out. My son said it’s the best vacation ever.

My family’s first visit to the Smoky Mountains and this cabin was perfect! Its location was easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very cozy and homey.

Very nice cabin.

This was my first time in Tennesee and It did not take us long to understand why this cabin is called the 3 bears. We arrived and was so in awe of how beautiful the cabin is like LITERALLY the pictures does it no justice. So please lock your car doors. While we were in the middle of unpacking the car. A bear got into our car that quick. So please make sure you lock your doors. The cabin was amazing we saw bears everyday. The driveway is very steep so it is scary getting up and down it the first couple of times. The hot tub was amazing. The game room was amazing. Plenty of games. The patio area was also one of our favorites. We did have trouble with phone service but its to be expected seeing we are in the mountains but with the internet service it was no big deal. I can not speak on experience with communication with property owner as we never had to contact them because everything was as described if not better. I would highly recommend staying here. I stayed with my parents and my two kids aged 12 and 3 and we all loved it. Nice and cozy. Again the pictures does this property no justice very glad we stayed.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing cabin. Everything was as pictured and described. Very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table /game room and hot tub. We wanted to stay for longer, so we'll definitely be back to stay here again.

The was a great location for our first full week family vacation, with our 5 year old. Overall, the place was clean,with a few areas that needed dusting. The game room is stocked with board and card games, puzzles, a pool table, a new arcade game. The hot tub and porch swing were perfect. There are 3 community pools. The South community pool is just down the hill, but still safest to drive rather than walk. The pool was great fun, but on the cooler side. Be sure to follow bear safety, we saw 3 bears within the neighborhood in June. The driveway is very steep and difficult to make a right turn into from the road, so we had to drive to the next house over to turn around and come in from the other side.
