The property was spacious and had every amenity needed to play together as a family and relax. The home was thoughtfully put together for families. There is great games upstairs for the kids to play and hang out and a great outdoor patio and hot tub for everyone to enjoy.

The Americana was the perfect getaway for our family to step back and relax both in and out of the cabin. This home may be one of the best set-ups we’ve stayed at in terms of having enough comfortable beds, dinner table space, and outdoor furniture/ activities. With enough rooms for our four couples and a bunk room in the loft, this is a home our family can continue to grow into. Stephen and Sara have captured family time in their home, and they were truly the best hosts- so quick to respond and take care of any concerns we had as well as friendly and full of helpful information about the area. We would definitely stay with them again!

This is by far one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Sara and Stephen are wonderful hosts- responsive, helpful, and so thoughtful about every detail a guest might need. Our kids had an absolute blast between the games, the play structure, and zip line! We’ll definitely be bookmarking this spot for our next trip to Hochatown!

Extremely comfortable and well stocked. The beds and linens are very luxurious, and I don’t say that lightly as we have bad backs. The way the sun shines through the windows is magical and the deck/outdoor area is thoughtfully set up.

Wonderful experience and looking forward to definitely coming back to stay! It is located in a very safe and beautiful area. The cabin was definitely a 10 star out of 5 stars ⭐️ it was exceptionally clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything and more that we could need. If we had any questions, they responded back within minutes. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our grandchildren loved the zip line, swings, and playground area. If they were inside, there were so many arcade games and foosball game to keep them entertained. They loved the bunk beds and that they had their own dedicated space to have so much fun!! The adults loved the porch area that was so relaxing and comfortable. Great place to sit and read a book listening to the birds in the morning. Loved having breakfast on the porch area too.There is a hot tub and a grill. We sat around the campfire, and made s'mores one night. Entire cabin was very spacious so we could be together as a group or relax in an area all our own. There was TV's in every room, the living room and even outside on the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and even a milkshake machine for those with a sweet tooth. Can't say enough about this place, you will be missing out on a great place and experience if you don't stay here.

This cabin was perfect for our family! Our kids loved all of the fun things to do in the backyard & game room! We loved the space & rustic cabin feel throughout! Stephen was very on top on communication & extremely accommodating! We’ll definitely be staying here again! Thank you for having us!

The Americana was such a wonderful place for us to spend a long weekend to ring in the New Year. We had three families, with 6 kids ranging in age from 7-14. The bunk loft and four kid size bedrooms was the perfect set up for everyone to spread out. The outdoor amenities were clutch. The kids spent hours on the zip line and creating obstacle courses. Lastly, Sara and Stephen are wonderful hosts. They were extremely responsive and helpful with a great sense of humor. We cannot thank them enough and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 13 fit very comfortably in this cabin and enjoyed the outdoor amenities every chance we could. The kids loved the fort and zip line and the arcade games upstairs were a hit. The hosts were incredible and very responsive before and during our stay. We were surprised with a beautiful 12ft Christmas tree to top off our Christmas getaway. The hosts gave great recommendations for food and activities, which we took advantage of. The beds were so comfortable, though I probably could’ve fallen asleep outside in the hammock as well! I highly recommend The Americana and look forward to bringing my family back!

This cabin is perfect if you are traveling with kids. They never got bored. Their favorite activity was the zipline that is in the backyard.

Stayed here for the weekend with the family and it was perfect. The kids loved all the amenities and the location was great, close to plenty of things to do/places to eat. The hosts were also attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back and can't wait!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cabin, the outdoor area, and the hosts. In total there were 8 kids ranging from infant to almost 7 years old. They had a blast with the outdoor playscape, the indoor game room upstairs, making smore's in the fire pit, and even seeing a shoot star at night! The cabin had ample space for all of us and was really beautiful with the custom wood work throughout the home and all of the large windows. The outdoor seating area was great to be able to look down at the kids playing. The 2 big fans attached over the seating area were really nice as well! I also appreciated the gate the could be slide blocking off the stairs leading down from the outdoor seating area to the backyard. Before, during, and after our visit, the hosts reached out to provide helpful information and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My family really enjoyed staying at the Americana! We will most definitely come back !!

There was a lot of great stuff about this cabin, but the thing I really want to point out is how amazing this place was for keeping children entertained. Most of the cabins I looked at only give lip service to kids entertainment, putting a small pre-fab play structure outside and calling it a day. But the Americana pulls out all the stops, with a huge play structure, zip line, arcade table (with 400+ games!), fuzball and half a dozen other things I’m forgetting to mention right now. Did a great job of keeping the kids entertained so we could relax instead of entertaining them. A++. Would stay again.

Our stay at The Americana was phenomenal! The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival, and the house was very homey and comfortable. The host Stephen was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend staying at The Americana.

Property is super nice, the kids loved the playground area and zipline! Very clean and organized. Owners are very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
