3BR Luxury Waterfront,Hot Tub,Fishing Lake- Eagles

House was beautiful but management nor host would respond to any messages that I sent for the entire monthZero ability to speak to ANYONE

The sheets were stained, and on one of the beds there was hair and crumbs on the sheets as well, the dishwasher didn’t dispense the detergent so the dishes didn’t get cleaned with detergent, who knows when those dishes were properly cleaned last. The pool table looks pretty old and beat up, not that we cared to play. There was a staple sticking out of the wall near the dining table (luckily we didn’t have small kids with us). The bathroom door didn’t latch, the posting showed that all the bathrooms were full bath when they weren’t. And the property manager keeps his phone turned off and doesn’t respond to emails or calls. The wrong address was posted so it took hours to get the actual location of the cabin figured out. The hot tub is finicky and didn’t start working properly till the second day. No one followed back up with us after emailing and calling with complaints. If I was to visit Broken Bow again I wouldn’t stay at these cabins, I would pick one of the hotels near by. The one positive is that there wasn’t any bugs inside and very minimal outside, so they spray well to keep away bugs and pests.

Can't describe how pleased we were all with the property, amenities, beautyONLY minor set back we had, DIRECTIONSMaps routed us in such a way, that it was completely inaccessible (coolers, luggage, this and that)We had to figure out the actual entrance (which BTW in rainy/icy season it'll be tough to get out, somewhat of a incline since protest property sits at the bottom of the road) Other than that, EVERYONE was happy and content

This is a one floor cabin. Pictures make it look much bigger. However it was nice inside with plenty of room. There are no views at all. Ponds looked really bad. Very steep driveway down to the cabin. Dryer would not work and needed it when we got there. Try to call no answer. Texted and emailed with no response until 2 days later. Pool table shouldn’t even been advertised. It was in horrible shape.

we had a great time , and we were lucky that the cold weather didn’t stop our vacation. Many cabins had pipes bust. It’s a nice spot and the pictures represent it. only cautionary statement would be that other cabins are very close to you so if you’re looking to be secluded, this is not the spot.

Awesome Scenery. Everything as advertised

It was advertised as Handicapped Wheelchair Access only the living/kitchen and bedroom was handicapped. Our son couldn’t to fishing or the second floor to play games or pool. Definitely Not wheelchair access. I call property manager about hot tub not getting hot on Friday said he had just turned it on. Sat I called the tub was told no one could get it because it was the weekend stayed at 83 from the time we got there until we left. Got text on Tuesday after our stay it said it wasn’t broken just the control was not working. (Sounds to me it was broken) And I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIT BACk

Not sure where to start. Outdoor grill - burned arm because burner covers are not a fit for the grill Microwave - doesn’t work properly Oven - gas surges - poofs Black mold or mildew from water damage Disassembled smoke detector hanging from wall in bedroom Ceiling fans are filthy Makeup/unidentifiable stains were on sheets. We had to change and wash sheets to sleep on first night Overwhelming Fish smell in fridge causing me to leave the room if door was opened Trash can lid broken Pool table felt was in horrible shape with chips ALL over it Broken cue stick was taped together with scotch tape Remotes placed on wrong rooms - had to do musical remotes to get TVs working Gutters were overflowing Minimal or broken kitchen tools Beds uncomfortable I sent the mgr a text and had to call him the next day. He sent someone over with baking soda for the fridge (barely helped), a new cue stick and a lighter for the grill as it was in such bad shape that it had to be manually lit. ABSOLUTELY would not recommend this property due to all of the above issues and more. We took pictures because we were so disappointed in the condition of the house and contentsl

The property was beautiful! However the hot tub was not useable due to being unclean.

The cabin was beautiful especially the outside porches and lake. It was supplied. with everything we needed.
