BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
This cabin offers 2 king master ensuite bedrooms on the main level, both designed with a more spacious and comfortable feel. The loft adds flexible sleeping space with 2 built-in queen beds and trundles, making it especially useful for kids or extra guests. The separate hideout creates even more privacy, with its own full bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, and small living area. Altogether, the 3.5-bath layout gives larger groups room to spread out more comfortably.

KITCHEN + DINING
The country-style kitchen combines cabin charm with modern finishes, including custom hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A breakfast bar with 2 stools creates an easy spot for coffee or quick snacks, while the 8-seat dining table gives the group a comfortable place to gather for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, flatware, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and both standard and Keurig-style coffee makers. It is a practical setup for anything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners.

LOUNGE SPACES
The main living area is built for gathering, with vaulted ceilings, a large-screen TV, and a gas fireplace that helps the cabin feel warm and inviting. The open flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces makes it easy for everyone to stay connected throughout the stay. The separate hideout adds a second lounge space with sofa chairs, another large-screen TV, a mini fridge, and a small dining area. This split layout works well for families or groups who want a little extra breathing room.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Outside, the spacious deck adds another full layer of living space with a hot tub, grill, outdoor seating, and a patio table for dining outdoors. Adirondack chairs surround the wood-burning fire pit, and the manicured lawn gives guests extra space to play and unwind. The yard also includes horseshoes, ladder ball, and corn hole for easy entertainment without leaving the property. With wooded surroundings and a walkable location, the outdoor setup feels both peaceful and convenient.

The house was great for a large family with plenty of beds for everyone. We enjoyed time on the back porch next to the fire place and in the hot tub. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return and stay in a Blue Beaver Luxury Cabin again!

The house was great for our big group! Plenty of space to spread out. Loved the outdoor area! Host was very responsive! Would definitely rent again. Only thing I would suggest is some wash rags for the bathrooms and some kitchen towels and pot holders for the kitchen.

I have no idea what this is referring to on a vineyard…we didn’t see any vineyards and there was no “winery experience”. However, the Holiday House & Hideout was very nice. Even though we had very close neighbors, it still felt very private. It was relatively close to the highway, so there was traffic noise while outside. The cabin was nice and spacious and for the most part felt clean. I did find a previous tenant’s leftover cheese puffs under the sofa which was unpleasant. Glad I found them instead of the 3yr old who would’ve eaten them. The playset in the yard seemed to be a little dangerous. The slide was Lightning fast and our 3yr old crashed HARD repeatedly at the bottom. The bed and bath linens could certainly stand to be replaced. The bed linens didn’t have an appearance of cleanliness probably from being washed repeatedly. Our bed had what appeared to be mildew stains on the sheets. The bath towels were VERY thin and stiff with raveling edges. Certainly not “luxurious” as the cabins are described. However, these are not things that would keep me from renting here again. We had a great time and the location was good overall.

Amazing location to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for small kids, teens, grandparents, and friends! Had so much fun staying up and watching movies out on the deck! Kids ran around for days outside! Loved every second of our stay!

Great house with lots of elbow room everywhere. Wonderful wrap around deck on 3 sides of the house & lots of yard activities for young & old. The only Negative issue was the really bad/ deep pot-holed roads that lead up to the sub-division VRBO houses.
