Something was wrong with my first cabin so they upgraded me for no charge. The cabin was amazing and great location clise to everything. Would recommend staying with them

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at 3Suite Retreat. The home was clean and welcoming. We did have some minor issues that were quickly taken care of. I know that from time to time they clear out some of over growth to improve the view of the mountains and it might be time to clear some of the overgrowth out. We did notice, and reported to the staff on our departure that the silverware in the chalet was pretty low. We were constantly washing so we had enough to eat with. How ever it did not hamper our stay. Always look forward to our Smokies with MLC.

The view is awesome but half the blinds were broken and wouldn’t open to allow us to see it. Carpeted areas were dirty and unappealing (and probably contributed to a generally musty odor throughout)

The chalet was definitely spacious. Nice kitchen. Nice pool table and plenty of rooms.

We have rented from this company in the past and been very pleased with both the rental experience and the property. This house however was not our typical positive experience .This house really shouldn’t be on the market at this price for the condition it is in. It is EXTREMELY dated. The entire house is decorated in what can best be described as dusty 1980s clutter. The bathrooms are all carpeted which seems very unsanitary. Nearly every mini blind in the house is broken. There are no bannister or railings on the steps from the lower level to the first floor which is a huge safety issue especially for children or the elderly. The house is in a great location with lovely views and a nice lot. It really has the potential to be a nice property given some maintenance, decluttering, updates , and a little love .

Good location, great Mountain View, nicely stocked, comfortable beds, large hot tub, & nice floor plan. We always rent from Mt. Laurel & wouldn’t consider renting from another company. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this chalet is perfect! Easy to get to-mostly main roads leading to chalet. However, chalet is quite outdated. It smelly musty and there is evidence of water damage in many areas. The jacuzzi tub upstairs leaks into the dining area and the largest master bath also has a leak over the toilet when raining. Carpet is old and stained and is in all the bathrooms- yuck. Could have been much cleaner- gunk in corners of floorboards and walls/door frames are stained and dingy looking. Mountain Laurel so the absolute best and we will continue to stay with them, however will not book this property again.

There was a proposal that was supposed to happen on the skybridge that did not occur and roads to other places were shut down. I utilized the cabin as my proposal place and it couldn’t have been better! She said Yes by the way!!! I can’t wait to visit again next year! Thanks for helping me make memories!
